You are quite welcome. And thanks for the kind words! My pix have gotten better with time & experience. I am in the process of improving my earlier ones.

If I am managing the Memorials for anyone who is related to you, please let me know. I will be happy to transfer them to you.

Again, thanks

Thomas Jefferson Covey
Mrs Burns, Thomas Jefferson Covey was my 2nd great grandfather. His first wife was Isabella Ann Coppedge. Her parents were William Lindsey Coppedge adn Mary Asenath Armstrong. Isabella is buried in the Ore City Cemetery, but it is possible that her tombstone is no longer there. In the late 1960's there was a huge flood in the area and some of the older tombstones were washed away. However, if it is still there, can you please post a picture of it?? thank you

George Price
Ann I have tried to leave a photo of George and Mary Price headstone but for some reason it is turning the photo. I have tried rotating right and left but when it uploads and posts it still turns it. If you have a email I would be happy to send it to you and you can post.

It was my pleasure I will try to research further to find out if they are even there, I had 16 names I could not locate there.

Ann, you are most welcome to use any of my photos you find in F.A.G. There is no need to attach my name to them, they are all yours!

Also, if you would like for me to take any at a different angle (for instance, showing the area directly around the headstone), just let me know and I will try to get them for you.

Blessings to you and yours,

You are most welcome. I am on a quest to document every burial in the Garden of The Gospel. There are several of us on a team to try and document all of Restland! There are over 400 acres to document, so we will be at this for quite some time.

I am slowly walking by each headstone and taking pictures. That is probably why I found them. The sections in Restland are very, very large and I can understand how a headstone could be missed.

RE: Jaspers
You are very welcome Ann! Yes, the photographic "proof" drives it home and makes it more real, doesn't it? I'm just sorry the stones are so stained. I swept them with a wisk broom before I made the picture, but sadly, mother nature has taken her toll. I'm glad I could do this for you.

RE: Fannie Lee Hester Love
One of the local historians told me that there are poor records for exact burial sites in Willard Park and at one time burials were stopped. I photographed the entire cemetery and there are recent burials now; however many of them are in expanded parts of the cemetery. Good luck on your research! Louise

I also have the photo of John McKinney's marker, spouse of Sarah/Sallie. Are you interested in establishing his memorial? If not, I will do it and upload the picture. Thanks. Louise

Floral Garden Cemetery
Hello, my name is Raven, I live in the High Point, NC area.
I see where you have made a request for a photo in Floral Garden Cemetery, the staff there has gotten very hard to work with when it comes to giving out locations of graves there. They are wanting a family member to call or write the office staff there and request the info, and before they release the info they are wanting $5.00 per name they have to look up.

You you call the office and tell them who it is you are looking for and get a section #, tell them you are coming in to town but it's going to be after 5:30 that day, and you really want to stop by the grave site when you get here, they may give you the info free of charge.

If they give you the section # just e-mail me the person's name and the section # and I'll get the photo for you.

Other than that I hate to tell you getting the picture you are wanting is next to impossible...the cemetery is close to 45 acres, with thousands of graves.

The link for the mother of Dora Baker that you provided, is not her mother, or the dates are incorrect. 76598340 was born in 1897 and Dora was born in 1901. She would have been four years old when she had her. I am not going to make this link. Thanks.
