Nadeen Sobottka
Almah Frisby @ Forest Home Cem., Milw., WI.
Hi Gina, no, I had no proof that Almah and Franklin were married. Therefore, I looked up census forms and you are correct that they were not married, but just related. I went with the "assumption" that they were married because they were on the same stone. I have made the correction to put Almah's last name back to Frisby and also linked her parents to her memorial. Since they are not of my family, if you would like a transfer, please let me know, I'd be happy to do so. Thanks for the info. Regards, Nadeen

Ephriam Gilson
I was doing some genealogy work on my family in Westminster, VT today and had your request from Find-A-Grave for Ephrain Gilson so I thought I would take a look. In the book, "Old Cemeteries of Westminster, Windham County, Vermont" compiled by Rachel Valliere Duffalo in 2010 the following was entered for Ephriam Gilson:

"Gilson, Ephriam, Liut. No other inscription (B.M.C.). No stone 1989 (A.C.C.) Editors note: Because there is no record of Ephrain Gilson, this may refer to Ephraim Spencer, #31."

Not sure this is of much value to you but the (B.M.C) and (A.C.C.) in the reference refer to two people that scoured the cemeteries in Westminster at different times in the past trying to inventory all cemeteries in the area.

I found a few Gilson's in the Old Cemetery but not Ephraim.

They published a new book on the history of Westminster by Jessie Haas and I noticed the Gilson family mentioned but didn't have time to do a thorough search of the book to find Ephraim.
You might want to see if you can find that book or other on the history of Westminster. Might reveal more on Ephraim.

RE: Arabella Gilson
One last note. Hannah is buried between Arabella Gilson and Roxalana Gilson (who appears to be a second wife to Zachariah Gilson). Zachariah is buried to the right of Roxalana.

RE: Arabella Gilson
Arabella's memorial is on the east side of the cemetery very near the edge. It is beneath the shade of a solitary snowball bush. I can email you a reference picture from the memorial toward the meetinghouse if you need it. Kind Regards, Dave

You can create the parents. I am only distantly related.

Thanks so much for taking and posting the picture of Keller Nickels. I created a listing for his wife Leota. Would you like to post the picture to her listing as well or would you prefer for me to do it? Her memorial is #94013149.

Thanks again!

Denney graves at Sugar Grove Cemetery
I am just thrilled to finally see of William, Harriet, George, Earl and Golda Denney's graves! I so appreciate your time and effort in providing the photos for their memorials. I am also very thankful you added Clarence Fay Denney's memorial - I have long looked for his death date and the mystery is finally solved!

Ebenezer Hadley tombstone
Hi! I want to thank you for taking the photo of Ebenezer Hadley's tombstone. I cannot read the dates very well. Did you happen to transcribe it in the cemetery? The dates in the memorial don't match my information, and I was hoping that the tombstone could verify it.

Thanks again for your work. I appreciate it.
