|Geniereese||Abner Creek Cemetery|
Thanks so much for taking time to visit the cemetery and look for my KING family relatives grave markers. Your time and energy are greatly appreciated. I guess the stones have either fallen victim to time or vandals. Thanks for looking.

Thank you for looking for a marker. His grave is not quite a year old yet perhaps his family has not gotten a marker set yet.

I'm happy to do this - especially for Rosalie.

You are quite welcome for the photo. I took some photos at cemeteries in Clearfield County while geocaching the Clearfield County Geotrail (which is cemetery themed). Afterwards I decided I would upload the few that were applicable onto findagrave.

You had fulfilled a photo request for George's headstone for me. His wife (Ada) Gertrude also has a photo request. Could you please post the photo of George's headstone to hers as they share the same stone? Thanks, Red

This stone can't be read off the pic but I can read that it is John Bennett and he died in May of 1888. Just can't quite make out the age.

You're quite welcome.
This is the first time I've been to this cemetery. It was pretty challenging. The grass was long even though it had been mowed recently. It looked like the grass was wet when it was mowed because every stone had grass stuck to it and all the upright stones were hard to read, let alone the flat ones. No weed eating had been done. I was actually kind of upset with it. There are many veterans there and the graves don't seem to get the respect they deserve.
I think there was one you requested that I couldn't find.
