Hi, been some time since we last chatted, just thought I would say hello. I am working on Danville Memorial Gardens, do you know of any of your kin there

Thank you.
Thank you for posting this picture of my parent's headstone at Gate of Heaven. Reversing your path, I moved from Silver Spring to Northern Virginia, and only occasionally get back to the cemetery.

Did you photograph many graves there? If not, who/what prompted you to capture this one?

Mattox Cemetery
Hi, got both your family cemeteries you told me about, in your grandfather Mattox one, there was one you didn't have listed, it was an aunt of yours, Vivian Claire Mattox, 1920-1954, or at least the pic looked like 1954, if 1934, let me know, will gladly change. I added it, I hope you enjoy the pics I sent, Larry

RE: Cook Cemetery
Thanks, believe it or not, I am down that way about twice a week, I put everyone in at the Oak Ridge Christian Church, have relatives buried in there, also put everyone in at the Gibson=Rigney=Adkins cemetery, also relatives there, put pics to the Adkins Amos cemetery on Ivory branch Road. I have put just about all the cemeteries in except the Reynolds, someone told me in family that they didn't want me taking pics of the graves????. I found the Cook Cemetery by accident looking for some Jeffersons, found 1 set of Jeffersons on Spruse Rd, I was on other side of Pig River on Grassland rd, ran it over to 40, then crossed Pig river, made 1st right, that wound me around to Oxford Rd, cut thru Cooksburg Rd, that is how I found it. Next time, I will go up Tomahawk Rd, try to locate that one, also noticed there was another on cooksburg Rd, but it was all grown up, didn't get out, very cold that day. I have just about put every cemetery I know of on Museville Rd all the way to Callands

Cook Cemetery
Hi, I was out riding in country down in Pittsylvania county today, ran across the Cook Cemetery on Cooksburg Rd, I took the liberty of taking pics of the graves and adding the pics(sun was terrible), so they were ok, not great.. I also added Elwood Cook Jr's wife, since she wasn't listed. I hope you dont mind, if so, let me know and I will gladly remove them. I do alot of find-a-grave work in that area, as lots of my family originated from the same area, my mother was a Rigney, father a Eanes, I am related to Rigneys, Lawrence's, Gibsons, Adkins, Mannings, just bunches of kin people laid at rest down in that general area, have uncles, aunts, cousins buried all over them woods. Love doing the picture taking in that area.
