I have removed Mary E. Ingraham from Laverne Barnett's memorial. In her obituary, Verne and Mary Eva Ingraham are listed as her parents. On the headstone is Verne and Mary E. Ingraham.
I made an honest mistake.
Sorry that it upset you.

looks like you are requesting a photo for this person? do you know approximately where in the cemetery this grave is supposed to be? I live about a mile from this cemetery.

It's so sad when monuments are merely rubble...worse than finding no monument at all! If it's any comfort to you, Nancy's grave is bordered by a fairly unused lane on one side and a cornfield on another, so I don't imagine her marker was a victim of vandalism. More likely a mowing crew accident?
When people ask me what I would do if I had a million dollars, I imagine all my ancestors having some enduring, legible monuments!

|Janneane Veger||Nancy Goin/Hobbs Cemetery photo request|
My research indicated that Nancy Goin was buried in Row 11, Grave 5. The photo I posted shows what remains at that grave. I could trace a few letters on one side with my finger, and I believe this to be Nancy's monument.

I just wanted to let you know that she is not in that plot. Crown Hill does not have her listed in their burial records. I do not believe she is in this cemetery, listed under the last name Rocker.
