Barrett Harrison
Sprott Ranch
Hello my name is Barrett Harrison. I own part of a ranch that belonged to your family. I believe that Harry and Maude bought our ranch from his dad Augusta Sprott in 1920 or so. My family bought the place in 1966 and owned it ever since. I am doing some historical research on the place and would love to pick your brain. Please email me anytime at btowski@gmail.com. Take care

Marcy: If you would like I can transfer Harry to your name. Since he is your husband's grandfather. I have been working on the people of Tarpley, Texas. I have finished all the pictures for the cemetery. Now I am working on the people that were living in Tarpley at the time of their death. My mother's family were from the Bandera and Tarpley area. Just let me know if you want the transfer. Patti

Hi Marcy, I might have found the location for you. I actually turned on the wrong road which was Watterson School Rd., but I found a very small burial area exactly as you described in your request. It was .2 of a mile north of FM 535, but not on CR 207 which is Watterson Rd. They are doing lots of bulldozing on this property, but they have put a fence around one memorial. I am going to put all the photos I took on your request. There is no name, just three initials. I think you will be able to see them. There is a pile of rocks that could have been grave markers. If you want the photos removed, please let me know.
Thanks, Judy Sien
