Jordan T Ashley
While filling a photo request for Jordan T Ashley,100341153 at Dave Franklin Cem. I realized there was two memorials for him. I know the Dave Franklin Cemetery very well since my parents are buried there and the cemetery is named after my grandfather. The photo I took of the headstone is definitely at Dave Franklin. Memorial 32813283 is at a Ashley Cem. I do not know anything about it.

Henry Blackjack Webb
Bill,

You left a flower for Henry "Blackjacj" Webb on memorial #83511654. This is a duplicate memorial for Henry Webb. Please remove your flower and place it on memorial #83511664. Let me know when it is done so that I can delete the dupe one.

Thanks,

Denny

Hi Nancy,

I'd be happy to do that, but I'd also be happy to just transfer the memorial to you, since you're related to him. Just let me know.

Thanks,

Jesse Morgan
Hi Nancy,

Can you tell me the names of Jesse's 13 children? I think one of them may be Ira B Morgan, whom I believe to be the father of my gg grandmother Flora A Morgan Ingersoll. Is there a connection?

Thanks!
Doris

You're very welcome. Not related just live in the area. Every evening after work I'm running to some cemetery to take photos for people out of state. I love it! My sister helps me. I've been told by a professional genealogist that it's a waste of time but I disagree. I'm helping others and I feel if I can do that for someone else...it's worth it!

RE: Tenant Spencer
I have actually been in the cemetery, and the grave marker is really there. Although the cemetery generally is neglected, there are two areas that are not: Section 200 and the US Naval Asylum Plot. Not only are they not neglected, but the military markers in section 200 appear to have been cleaned and reset recently.

I have someone that is looking for their biological father, the information is leading back to Donald Edward Combs, son of Bedford & Pearl Combs. All that the person have been able to tell me is that his name is Donald Combs from Oakland County, MI the information came back with this Donald, I noticed his family was from Kentucky which is where is prospective daughter lives currently. I was wondering if you have any further information about Donald Combs? You may email at bradl.hobbs@gmail.com

I have added Ruth's stone per request. I also added her photo, her husband Cloid, parents Wm & Anna Swisher and transferred them to you so you can change them as you like. I was not able to link Ruth with her parents but you can. I also have an obituary Ruth and will send it to you if you contact me privately.

RE: Arthur Cobain
Gee, I thought the whole point of findagrave.com was to honor our beloved departed...particularly to share the most well-rounded information we could find on our fallen law enforcement officers. I wasn't actually the one who started adding information to the wall...someone else did and I liked the idea that those who died in the line of duty could be acknowledged in a way that would allow anyone coming upon the Olympia Memorial to know more about those officers. Sorry you don't feel the same.

RE: Arthur Cobain
Since the memorial here in Olympia lists all officers who have died in the line of duty, I felt that memorializing them would perhaps give people who don't know where their particular hero is buried a place to start searching. I've got lots of family that I can't trace just because they aren't listed anywhere on findagrave.
