Thank you kindly for the transfer. A few of their children stayed with my grandparents for the latter part of their lives and even passed on there. Again, much thanks. :)

you should add Obit under Bio and not under picture side. Just ask the person to add your Obit.

William Powel Edgil
After further research I'm not sure about Patricia Parrett . I have reason to think she was married to a Barnett Wilder also . ??????

Hi Kathy ,

In your memorial to William Powell Edgil you show Geneva Lois Edgil as his spouse . It is a calculated relationship but I don't think it is correct . It is pretty well documented that Patricia Ann Parrett was his spouse . Geneva may have been an Aunt . She is 14 years older than William . I am researching the Riddlesperger family . Thanks for your work .

From what I can tell when I pulled the cemetery up on Google maps, the cemetery is off of Clow Road in Tarrant, AL. I am not familiar with the area but it does show up on Google maps. It is spelled different though it is spelled Sherrit Cemetery. I appreciate the help very much. Thank you.

I just read your memorial again and I am curious to know where you found the information that said she was buried in the Brockville Old Protestant Cemetery. She is buried in the Oakland Cemetery, Brockville.

I checked Angwin Mortuary and indeed it says she was buried in Brockville, Ontario, Canada. In Brockville there is the Oakland Cemetery, Brockville Old Protestant Cemetery,Old St. Peter's Cemetery, Old St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. Did you want me to remove the photo?

Please change the name of the cemetery to Oakland Cemetery. The stone is not in the Brockville Old Protestant Cemetery.

John L. Stotts
I have posted a photograph of John L. Stotts' grave at Chattanooga National Cemetery, Section L, Grave #9344, to his memorial page, which I took on September 22, 2013, while attending the 150th anniversary of the battle of Chickamauga, in which John likely fought as a member of the 38th Indiana Volunteer Infantry Regiment. John was married to Elizabeth Eleanor Laughlin, sister of my 3rd-great-grandfather.

Memorial Page for Jane Green, Tannehill State Park, Tuscaloosa Co., AL
Kathy, thank you so much for creating a memorial page for my ancestor Jane Kerr Green, who's buried in Tannehill State Park in Tuscaloosa Co., AL.

If you could please change her name in the heading of the memorial to reflect her maiden name, I'd be grateful. She was Jane Kerr, daughter of Samuel Kerr and Mary Calhoun.

So the title for the page should read Jane Kerr or Jane Kerr Green, I think, and not Jane Green--which may lead some people visiting the page to think her maiden name was Green.

I appreciate your considering this change, which may help people seeking information about her and her husband.

Thanks so much for transferring the Selfs to me. And Ambrose Cooper is my gggg-grandfather. :)
My family or my husband's family connects to about 90% of the people buried at Bethel. All the Catos, Bagwells and McCombs are direct kin for me. The Hughes', Terrys, and Creels are my husbands kin.

Thanks again!

Ralph and Oneida Salter
Hi Kathy, I wondered whether these two are related to you. If so, then you are related to my late husband, whose mother was the older sister of Oneida, and we should correspond, because I knew them and their daughter,
Ethel Ann, and have more info. If not, I would appreciate your transferring them to me, and I will request properly through their memorials.

Thanks so much,

Jerri
