In regards to the picture of Thaddeus and Stella Leary's headstone, by chance did you know of them?
I have been searching for them for quite a long time and I am looking for their family line.

In looking over your husband's line, I do not see our common ancestor -- yet! I will try and pursue his townland and see if I can find mine.
If you would like to look at our tree (private) just let me know. I can use all the Irish help available.
Good luck hunting yours.

Can you tell me the name of your tree on Ancestry? I have a hard time finding trees without the exact name. I must not know an important element about the search function.

|Carmel .||Many thanks.|
I am so delighted to find a photograph of my greatgrand uncle's grave stone in St Mary's Cemetery ,Douglas County ,Nebraska.
His name was John P Sheehan.I would like to add a little more about him as it does not give his birth place on his information. He was born in Kildorrery,
County Cork ,Ireland ..in 1891.He emigrated from Ireland to Nebraska in 1914 and was conscripted into the American Army .He became a Pvt in the 314th engrs 89th batt, and was posted to France .He was wounded on the last day of the great war 11/11/1911,and died of his wounds 10 days later at the age of 27 yrs .He was initially interred in France but later in the 1920s his remains were repatriated to Nebraska.
Just wanted to add that piece of information as I believe most of the American Army records were destroyed in a fire in the 1970s.
And many ,many thanks to the person who transcribed the St Mary's Cemetery information.

I am curious how you found Fred Mlejnek's grave and a copy of his picture. I am one of the persons researching this family and am wondering if we are possibly related.

|Linda Walden||Reiss Family|
Wow!! no wonder you are interested in family history. I went to both of the homes where Laura Ingalls lived in Minneasota. The dug out is just a hole in the ground now, but they do have a museum in Walnut Grove and another one in Spring Valley.
If all of your memorials are in your family tree then we must be related. George Reiss was my great uncle. How are you related to him?
I have been trying to get all of the Reiss family connected. Do you also have Minnie Reiss?

Is your husband's family tree on Ancestry? I would like to see if his Philip Gaughan and Ellen Geraghty are the same as in my family, also of Minnesota.
If not on Ancestry, perhaps you could tell me more about this branch of the Gaughan tree.

|Patty C||Hackits in Pioneer Memorial|
Looks like you accidently posted their person photos as gravestone photos. It is easy to do since the program defaults to Grave unless you change it.
Please fix. You will probably need to delete the photo and re-add it as a person photo.

|Tombstone Trekker||Thanks and Request|
Thank you for the Trouba and other memorials at St Mary's Cemetery. These are relatives of my husband. May I have your permission to post your photos on our private family tree that will be used for family purposes only. We do not have pictures for many of the relatives who came over from Bohemia, then Austria Hungary, and now The Czech Republic.

Are you familiar with Lawrence's family? I am wondering if he is related to my Gaughans: Winifred b 1826, also County Mayo. Siblings Patrick, Judith, Sarah, Mary, Ann. Her father was Philip, mother Ellen Ginley.
Please tell me more about the Gaughans in the townland named in Lawrence's bio, if you can.
