Joyce Enloe Blair
Enloe/Jones family
My name is Joyce Ann Enloe Blair. My great-grand parents are Dora Belle Jones & Henry Joseph Enloe. Their son Richard Edward Enloe and Bertie Myrtle Farris were my grandparents. They were divorced in 1914 and my dad Eugene Jewell Enloe lived with Bertie and did not see Richard Enloe until he was in the Navy. My dad met many of his family members, including the Scrivners, etc., also Richard and Barcy Mae Jones 3 daughters, which were half-sisters. In 2009 I met Marie and Virginia, 2 of his sisters. I am related to you! I also love old cemeteries and am new to All your info on find a grave is great. Thankyou.

Mary Hedden Robertson
There is no record of of Mary Robertson buried in Beech Creek Baptist Church Cemetery although there have been numerous requests for her. I suspect she may be buried there. I am a member of the Shelby County Preservation board and we restored this cemetery a few years ago and I know there is not a stone for her. If there is, it is buried beneath the ground. Sorry I could not be of assistance.

You bet, use any of the pictures I have posted! Several of us have started a Roark Group on Facebook, would you be interested in joining? Here is a link:!/groups/

We are all descendants of William Roark & Sarah Dorris. Not too many members yet, so hoping we can add more. We are sharing pics, genealogies, documents, whatever we have!

I guess my main concern is are you related and where are you going to use my pictures? I need more information than "Can I use your families pictures?"

Jones Family
How are you related to my Jones family? And my pictures are mostly of my personal family and most are not related to the Jones side. I've noticed a lot of people are using my pictures and info on sites without citing me as their source. Today I have been bombarded with random hobby researchers wanted to take credit for mine and other researchers 50 years of work the old fashioned way by collecting family hard copy and going to cemeteries, court houses and paying for info before it was readily available on the web. I am an English major and when I write poetry or a short story it is protected by rules of plagerism. I'm aware that most people don't know about these rules but I would think most people would realize that if they use another's work without documentation it creates a brick wall that just muddys the water. Yesterday I saw that someone had used my work on Ancestry and had my mother's mother as the daughter of my father's grandparents. It's a mess so today after some other requests I'm feeling really concerned about these trends especially when some of the hobby researchers arn't related to my family. They just want to build numbers without content.

You are very welcome. I was just fortunate that my co-workers family owns the property where the cemetery is located.
Do you have family in other Cole County, MO cemeteries that have not been photographed that you would like me to focus on next?

Paula, I will continue to check myself. I will look in the local library and see if they have anything listed for them. Maybe together we can locate them. Good Luck!
