|Farm Girl from MO.||RE: Clara Eathel Clifton Davis|
I understand now. I thought there must be a reason Clara's parents were not linked to each other. No need to go into details. Thanks for responding. Have a nice day, Farm Girl from MO.

Thank you for adding a photo of my Grandma and Grandpa's headstone! The last time I had seen the stone was the day they buried Grandma and the dates were not on the stone at that time.

There are no photos here of any monuments so I am wondering if it's on private property?

|Vickye Blatherwick||Common Surnames|
Oh, you have asked a question that I wish I had an answer for.
I have four Smith lines, and have been documenting three of them for many years,
I was fortunate to find one line through Bible Records. The pages were actually torn out of the Family Bible and sent to the Civil War Pension office when one wife was trying to prove her marriage and children. I stumbled upon this when I actually had the file in my hands in the National Archives. Had I not found those records (include 12 children), my family record would have never been "correct". I also find some help when a family member marries into another surname that is not so common....look for those tips.
Then there is the problem of the "wandering" family....children born in many different states.
I've had to deal with that, too.

|Farm Girl from MO.||Ooops,|
I guess I need to check more closely on who has what memorial before making a request for a transfer. Please delete my two previous messages below. The only memorial you have that I would like transfered is for Herbert Oscar Perry #43415784. I have his obituary and I would like to add it to his memorial. His father was Lewis William Perry #32786084 and his mother is Almira Roberta (Roberts) Perry #32786103. Please link Herbert to his parents. I would be more that glad to return control of Herbert's memorial to you, after adding his obit., if he is a relative of yours. Just let me know. Marla Murphy
