RE: Page Cemetery Laconia NH
Hi Scott - I think Page Cem is the same cemetery as Lovett because I just looked up a death record for one of the persons listed on Find A Grave in Page Cem and his death certificate says bur Lovett Cem. I was looking for two Perkins children, Grace who died 1900 just a few months old, and an unnamed male child who died between 1897-1902, children of John Perkins and Nellie (Dolloff) Perkins, who are supposed to be buried in Lovett. I do not see them in the Page Cem listings. Thanks Scott.

Page Cemetery Laconia NH
Hi Scott, can you tell me if this cemetery is the same as the old Lovett Cemetery at the Weirs? and if it is do you know if there is a complete cemetery record list anywhere? Thanks, Beverly

Jim Guild
Solomon W Young, CW veteran?
There is a Solomon W Young shown on 12th NH Inf roster. It also indicates that he died 23 Jan 1890 in Pittsfield. Maybe just coincidence

Dorothy Defranco
Polly Towle Kimball
Hello Scott. I was looking for parents of Polly Towle Kimball. She was my 5th great grandmother. I have looked on Ancestry and Family search and can not find anything on her parents. Then I came apon my 3rd grandfather David G Kimball's grave site here on Find a Grave. I was hoping you can help me link Polly Towle with Sgt. William and Elizabeth Prescott Towle.
Thank you,
Dorothy [Hodgdon] De Franco

Anita Angers
Scott, I was just searching to see who has been put on Find A Grave from my Angers family. Although I haven't looked them all over yet, I see my mother Anita Angers is listed. First of all she is still alive and second she isn't even going to be buried in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Laconia. Please remove this memorial totally from Find A Grave. I am her POA, I'm positive this doesn't belong. I have no idea how you got this information but it isn't correct. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Thank you for your picture of Otis Hill's grave.
My husband's great great grandfather was Otis Hill of Barnstead. We'll have to check this out to see if they are cousins.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for posting Manasseh Beck and family.

I connected my wife's great great aunt's husband to the family. Charles E. Beck was the son of Manasseh and Harriet Beck according to several sources including his death record and the 1860 U.S. Census.

Have a good one!

New Edit
Lauren, thanks for this helpful information. It took me a few weeks before I realized that I didn't have to go through every single "edit" and go back and forth adding links. Someone said, to "Approve" than at end, just say "Process Edits" and I did...sure enough, changes were made for me. How easy. So many memorials are getting links that would not have and that is a great help to family researchers to see parents, wives, etc.

Just an FYI
What is the new Edit tab on my contributor page?
We currently are working to update our "Suggest A Correction/Submit an Edit" system. At this time, Find A Grave contributors may submit updates to the Name, Birth and Death Dates and Locations, and Plot fields via a new Edit System. When they submit edits to any of those fields, the managing contributor will no longer receive an email notification. These edits are now waiting for the managing contributor's review on their Contributor Page.
To review edits to these fields that have been submitted for memorials you manage, go to your 'Contributor Tools' and click on the 'Edits' tab.
The edits awaiting your approval will be listed with a link to the memorial page, the public name of the contributor who submitted the edit and the date it was submitted, and the information currently in the field and the suggested updated information for the field. There is then the option to Accept, Decline, or Ignore the submitted edit. If you Accept the edit, the changes will automatically be made for you and the person who submitted the update will receive an email confirming that the edits were made. If you Decline the edit, you will need to select a reason why you are declining it, and the changes will not be made the person who submitted the update will receive an email with the reason why you declined it. If you Ignore the edit, it will stay in your queue for your later review.
In the near future, we hope to add the ability to submit relationship links via this system. We will also have a time limit on the processing of edits, so that the memorials of contributors who are no longer active on Find A Grave may still be updated. As part of the time-limit feature, contributors who have edits in their queue for a certain number of days will receive an email notification about the pending edits waiting review.
The new system should save contributors a lot time in making edits to their memorials, as the managing contributor will no longer have to search for the memorial page, open the edit feature, search for city locations, etc. It will automatically go through with the contributor's approval.

Albert Mudgett
I believe he may have been a brother or cousin, not a son, of Levi Mudgett. A book I read recently about H. H. Holmes made me curious about the family on Find A Grave. Thanks for all the work you do, I too love taking pictures for Find A Grave!

Noah Christopher Huntress
Hi Scott,

Indeed all those were added in your honor. Before I had seen your note I had only added family inspired me to help!

If he is not related to you, I was wondering if you might transfer my GGG grandfather Noah C Huntress, Find A Grave Memorial# 59422258, to me. He is the father of my GG grandmother, Helena Augusta Huntress. I believe she is buried in Barnstead as well, but have not yet found her grave. I have a photo of her to add once I find it and create a memorial.

Also, the last time you did miss one of the transfers I requested of my Foss grandparents, William J. Foss Find A Grave Memorial# 84168906.

Thank you again for the transfers and for all you do for Find A Grave!

Best, Gayle

You should list the town the cemetery is in. I have it listed and I have it in Canterbury, NH.
Now there are two listings and mine has the town.
