I noticed you added this memorial for my 3rd great-grandmother. Can you tell me your source for her date & place of death? I thought she would have been living with her family in Marion County, IL when she passed away but I was unable to find a death record for her there. Thanks! -Don

Barbara Toman Feckley # 23926267
I am very distantly related to this line through the Feckleys & Smiths. In the 1925 Iowa State Census on if you view the image of the census and go to bottom and click on next it brings up next page which lists the names of the parents and where they were born for everyone on the 1st page and it shows Barbara's last name as Giger. I have not found anything so far that says the name Toman. Can you tell me what your source is for the name Toman and have you see the name Giger in your research on Barbara? I have seen a couple trees on with her name as Toman but no documentation as to where they are getting that name from. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

RE: Miller/Breon/Bragg
Im new at this, starting from scratch, but I do know that Viola Belle Miller Breon is my 1st cousin 4x removed. I haven't had a chance to calculate back the others for the closest match. my paternal great grandma was Viola Smithhart McVey whose daughter Rella Joan McVey Brown was my grandma

So very grateful for the Miller/Bragg/Breon photos. My dad's family lacks records and photos and I know that it brings some comfort to some family members to see their relatives.

John Antle memorial
Kirk - Thank you for your kind sponsorship of the Rev. John Antle memorial. His sister, Elizabeth "Betsy" Antle Miller, is my 4th great grandmother.

Blessings for all you do for Find A Grave.

John Sellman
I would like to thank you for sponsoring John Sellman's memorial.

I descend from his daughter Margaret and husband Benjamin Williams.

With the name of Sellman, you probably also descend from John & Elizabeth. That would make us cousins.

RE: Rosella T. Sellman
Is there any way you could send me a scan of the photo you took? I've been out there twice and couldn't find it, but there were a few broken headstones and multiple illegible markers. If I knew what it looked like I would be willing to take a closer look.

RE: Child Sellman
Another possibiity would be a marker of wood which was destroyed by years of weather.

Sisters Three
Samuel McHendry
We claimed Samuel McHendry and uploaded a photo and then realized it couldn't be your requested Samuel because our Samuel was only 4 years old when he died and yours was married. If you want to put your request back on we will try to find your Samuel the next time we go to Vermont.
