Paul Siler, #102835416
Hi, While researching my James family, I found a listing with what appears to be an incorrect family link. According to KY birth and death records, this child is actually Frances Pauline Siler, 5 Nov 1926-5 Oct 1927. She was a child of Virgil Siler and Bertha Dunham. The family that you have as his parents were too young. Henry Garland Siler was born 1913 and Corda 1916. Henry and Corda did have a child named Paul, but he was Paul H, born 1935 and died 1995. Shirley Hammons Smith
My (ex) husband) - now deceased - was a descendant of Sarah Martin who married William Monroe Smith. They lived in the Waynesburg, Lincoln Co. area.

RE: Hi
The Tombstone Inscription book can be purchased from the Library in Stanford, KY. There are a lot of Martin's in it but he wouldn't be in there if he had no tombstone. What's his name and when did he die? Maybe I could find something on him in the old newspapers.

Sara Bishop
RE: Hello
Yes, Sara Frances Bishop and Dolly are the same person! She had Muscular Dystrophy and as a way to keep occupied she had a CB. She used the name "Dolly"! She would give directions to lost truckers. As a thank you she started getting dolls, from everyone! She had over 5,000 dolls from China, Russia, and all over the world! Before moving shortly before her death, she had an entire room full of each doll she had collected. She wrote many many children's books involving all the doll characters, with all the great-nieces and nephews as the stars. Thank you for asking!

RE: Hello
Hi, Melissa.

Thanks SO much for taking the photos of the headstones! I really appreciate it.

I have gone ahead and added an entry for Nancy E. (Chappell) Harris, wife of Jack Craig Harris. So, yes, if you could please add their headstone photo to her entry as well, that would be great!

Yes, Curtis Harris is a brother of Elveree Harris Padgett. Thanks for posting his headstone photo as well.

I've written to the person ("Laura") who created the entries for Elveree and Earnest (and now Curtis) to ask if she'd be willing to transfer them over to me so I can add more biographical information, etc. Haven't heard back from her yet.

Thanks again for your efforts!!

RE: Goshen cemetery
No, I can't tell you about any gravestones. I've never been to the cemetery. I appreciate you getting back to me on this. If I understand you completely, the memorials that I added to Goshen for Beatrice and Betty are good and do not need to be deleted. If you want me to transfer them to you, let me know and I'll do that. Thanks!!

RE: Goshen cemetery
I don't understand. I'm missing something. The Beatrice Miller that I entered in Goshen died at birth. How could she be married to Mr. Floyd? Please correct me. I will remove the two entries in Goshen Cemetery if they don't belong there. Bear in mind the info I entered came from their death certificates which are known to be wrong in many, many cases.

RE: william & Maria Rigney
I have 14 Rigney listed, 13 of whom are buried in Stanford... are they all listed at Buffalo Springs? Their Death Certificates led me to believe they were at Stanford Cemetery. Please let me know. Thank you for the info.
Best Wishes, Lettie
