RE:Flora Maude Rogers
I do not have Flora Maude Rogers or Estalee Kay Rogers in my tree as of now. Will keep a look out as I go forward and let you know if I find them. You will most likely find them before I do.

First of all I want you to known how thankful I am for all your hard work on the Rogers name (and that you post to Findagrave). My question: May Rogers married to Rufus Hyatt had son Robert Alma Lafayette Hyatt B. 5-7-1926, his wife Alice Jane Ferguson B. 2-12-1927
and
Mora May Rogers B. 5-13-1893 D. 2-13-1989(bur. Green Hill)daughter of Robert Lee Rogers married Rufus Bedford Hyatt B.7-3-1893 D.6-11-1967

Lori Hager
Joe Aldridge
Hi George,

I spoke to someone who works at Bell United Methodist Church and she said after Wylma Aldridge died, Joe was sent to a nursing home in Haywood County. She said the same as his obituary; that he died in Haywood County and she believes he is buried in Haywood County. She said he is not buried at Bell United Methodist Cemetery, in Leicester.

She also told me that Wylma Aldridge is buried next to her parents. There is a potted plant, but no gravestone and the funeral home marker at her grave is blank. I photographed her grave site and uploaded it to her memorial page.

Rogers family
George,

My gg grandfather is Barney Rogers. I grew up in Andrews NC near Red Marble Cemetery where Barney is buried. I'd love to communicate with you and possibly share Rogers family info with you. My father, Boyd Arch Rogers still resides in Andrews and we have been able to collect a lot of photos, documents, etc about the Rogers family. I was delighted to discover the ancestors of Barney you have discovered and posted. I'd love to discuss further with you.

Pls email me at rogersboyda!aol.com.

Best regards,

Boyd Alan Rogers

Freeman Alexander / Mary Barnes
I am the Great Great Granddaughter of Nancy Barnes Munger. I have been researching our family and have been looking for information on Freeman Alexander. All I have is a marriage record, would be grateful if you have any other information. Also the records I have found on Mary Jane Parker Barnes suggest that she died in or around 1880 in Macon County. Allen Barnes remarried in the early 1880's.Thanks Kathy Stiles Ausburn.

George, just wondering what information you have that Florence "Flora" Medford married a person named Price after the death of Joseph Ferguson. My search has come up with nothing on whether she remarried, when and where she died or where she may be buried. Is there a grave maker or anything else that indicates she is buried in the Davis Chapel cemetery? Any information you have would be appreciated. Thanks

Tommie Moser Nichols
Hazeltine Kirkland
Hello, My maternal family is "Howard" and the owner/contributor of the 3 Howard cemeteries in Monroe Co. Howard Public is a fascinating, pathetic place I first found 30 years ago when my father sent me to locate all of the family cemeteries. Through the years the stones have been removed, brush piled inside, and the land slowly encroached upon by neighbors. Legally, it is the property of TVA. I have listed everyone I possibly could where proof existed. Hazel's was by way of her Death Certificate. Is it possible her parents, which you listed as "unknown" as to their burial locations, are in Howard? The Kirklands are related very, very distantly to us.
