Kenneth Kemp photo request
Hi, the volunteers would be happy to fill your photo request however we will need a burial location to do so.
Can you please contact Laurel Land and get a burial location for your request? The number is 214 371 1336

or the email link is:

There are over 296 photo requests currently and the volunteers cannot ask for that many locations to fill requests. With a location, your request will get filled pretty quickly. Thanks for your help. : )

Edward Kemp
Hello. I have a question. Was Edward Kemp married to Rachel Pearson or to her sister Mahulda Pearson or to BOTH of them. Ive seen info listing both RAchel & her sister Mahulda was married to Ed Kemp. Then I saw info that Mahulda married Edward KING. I know Rachel was suppose to be married to Ed Kemp, then when he died, she married Clarence Compton, according to a descendents of Rachels & that RAchel is buried with 2nd husb Clarence close to Evansville. Ive always heard the story abt Edward Kemp getting killed in a sawmill. I know Ed Kemp is buried in The Pearson family Cemetary & so is Mahulda Pearson. Can you clear this up for me? Thank you so much for your kindness. S. Wheatley/ Find A Grave member # 47724840.

RE: Grave photo
You are welcome. We were able to get to Clark County over the holidays. We took the opportunity to photograph the cemetery. I have a few more to upload. Please look over any of the memorials in Wesley Chapel and send me any corrections you see. I'm trying to get them all updated as much as possible.

Jack Brannon
Gentry Stinnett and Elsie Davis
Hello Mark,

I have Genrty in my database as a descendant of Johnson Adams. I do believe most of the old surnames in Blount/Sevier Counties are kin. Since the 1940 census came out it has added a trementous amount of information pushing my database well over 30,000. Findagrave is a wonderful resource.

Happy hunting.

Jack Brannon (gggrandnephew of Emeline Hill and Johnson Adams, Jr.)

RE: John Kemp and Nancy Wallis
Just found out that Reuben Kemp was my husband's
11th cousin 10 times removed on his father's side of the family. Which of their children was your 3rd great grandfather?

HEllo Mark,

My Great-Grandmother's spouse was William Elbert Stinnett, not Ellison. His father and mother are also buried at Sandlin. Wiley Blount Stinnett, Jr. and Larrah Johnson Stinnett.

Jack Stinnett & Reba Guy Stinnett
Do you know the grave-site of Jack and Reba Guy Stinnett?

I am thinking it is in Bessemer City and hasn't been recorded yet.
They lived in Gastonia and Jack was from Sevier Co. TN.
Thank you

Minnie Kemp
Minnie Kemp is buried in the Sharon Cemetery in Barber County, KS along with other members of the Kemp family. She is not buried in Highland Cemetery. And there is a photo of her monument. It looks like you were the one that created the memorial in Sharon. I actually wrote the history of Eb Rule's Golden Rule Refinery with a lot of assistance from his granddaughter who is still living.
