Huda/Hude family - Lutheran Cemetery
My ancestors:
Jacob Huda/Hude
Rosalia Hein Huda
Magdalene "Lena" Hude
Friedrich Hude

Hello, I would like to take a moment to thank-you for the wonderful detailed information that you have added to my ancestors memorial pages. I live in California so I have not been able to visit the Lutheran cemetery (and don't know if I will ever have that chance) so I really appreciate all of your efforts.

FYI - (if you are interested) A family member once told me that Jacob handmade a cross for Rosie's headstone (I don't know if it still exists or not).

Also, my grandmother is Emma Anna Huda; she is Rosie and Jacob's daughter. They had two other daughters Marie "Mary" and Martha.

Below is Emma's Find A Grave information

Birth: 1909
Death: 1987

Family links:
Spouse: Albert P Klawitter (1907 - 1984)

Inscription: Together forever

Burial: Allen Township Cemetery
Williston, Ottawa County, Ohio, USA

Thank you for transferring the memorial for Charles Zamecnik to me. It was very gracious of you.

I would like to thank you for directions to this website. It is truly a gold mine, and it's free, too!

It is so comprehensive that it will take me months to mine it.

Thank you again!

Carole Austin
Grave of Mildred Gleyforst
Upon review by me, I find that the city in which she is buried is Twinsburg, OH Summit Co. Would you please make this correction on her page. Also, I am her daughter, Carole E. Hacker, Gleyforst, Austin. (I was adopted by Howard Gleyforst, her husband, and my married name is Austin.) She is also the grandmother of Michele Austin Angell (born 1966), Stacey Austin Yarnell (1969), and Thomas M. Austin (1970), Howard Forest, Allyson Forest, Laura Forest, and Tiffany Forest. She is also the great-grandmother of Austin Angell (2002), Brandon Angell (2005), Ashley Angell (2006), Kaylee Yarnell (2006), Nathan Yarnell (2008), and Samantha Austin (2008). Please make these corrections on her web page. Thank you, Carole Austin

Mr. Day
RE: Martha Barclay Guffey
You're welcome.

I meant to say her name was Beth Presley (I get my grave photo volunteers mixed up sometimes :-) anyways, I can already guess which cemetery Beth is going to tell you Martha (Barclay) Guffey is in. Probably the Union Cemetery in Woodville (Jackson County). I just looked in that graveyard and saw that tons and tons of her Barclay family are buried there. Including her parents. So it's likely that Union Cemetery.

Beth said she'd contact you herself, but I want to see the photo badly too (lol). I've been working on my Guffey ancestors so much. Thank you for pointing out who James Henry Guffey's last marriage was to. I honestly wouldn't have known it was Martha "Barclay" without your grave memorial. So thank you.

Eugene Cornelius
Lalla Mason & Mother
I have transferred Lalla and her mother's memorials to you. I did not find a grave for Jefferson - nor does a previous survey of the cemetery.

Thanks for calling this to my attention. I had misspelled her last name. Have deleted my memorial. I am not related to this family.

Requested photos
I tried to send you an email regarding your requests. If you are still interested you will need to open that e-mail and give me a response. I am happy to help but there are a few issues that need addressing first. It is an unusual situation with this cemetery.

Thanks so much!

RE: Cyrus and Grace Tyree
My father passed away in February - we had him in a hospice house in MO so he died in MO, but lived in KS all his life. He was only about 3 miles over the line, but MO nonetheless! lol It's more like the next city over rather than a state line. Always fun at tax time! :)

RE: Cyrus and Grace Tyree
You are very welcome!! Suggestions - Kansas City, Jackson Co, Missouri is a hop-skip away. Check there too. They're pretty interchangeable. I just found family there after 25+ yrs of searching that I thought was glued to KCK. They lived in KCK, but were in KCMO for a few yrs so some are buried there. I can give you the funeral homes they used and a phone number if you still need more info. I note there is also a Harrison E & a Samantha E Tyree buried at this cemetery. Are they yours too? I got their locations, but did not take their pics yet. They're in a different part of the cemetery.
