RE: Okey
Have we talked yet?
My daughter's father is an "O'Key".... not "Okey", but if you want to discuss, I'd be happy to.

RE: Minnie Proctor
I would be pleased to add her parents to her memorial, if you provide their numbers. I searched for her mother, but did not find her. Her father's name is too common to search for.

Paul Hinson
Memorial - Harriet Trett
Thanks for asking for the memorial. It is great that family's manage them, even if someone other than a family member might have created it. My policy is to always transfer a memorial to family members if possible.

I will transfer management of memorials in line with the Findagrave guidelines, which specify relatives in a direct line. Specifically, they say: "Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred." Please do not ask.

The only ones of my Brown lineage I have been able to verify are in Limestone County, Texas. W.H. Brown and some of his children are buried there but the other children I have not traced. His wife if buried there does not have a headstone.
The line is linked back to me if you want to look it up and see if we are related.

Alouis Thatch
Just a note to let you know that you created a memorial for Alouis Thatch (1919 - 2015) in Wells Cemetery, but the wrong Wells Cemetery. She is buried in the Wells Cemetery south of Dalton, Arkansas. I expect to post a photo of her headstone soon.
As for your Arnold search, I almost informed you that Arnold was/is a common name in Lawrence and Jackson Counties. There also some in Randolph County but not to the extent you will find them south of here.
My great uncle married a Hackworth so I have a few Hackworth cousins.

I descend via her sister Mary Jane Carter.
Some people have his death as 18 May 1863 in Rochester, Sangamon, Illinois. I located no sources for either of the dates.

James Carter possible father of Matilda Ann Carter Lakey
Please provide more information on James Carter possible father of Matilda Ann Carter Lakey. Does this Find A Grave Memorial# 24413945 belong to her father or to the others by the same name? I am very interested as James Carter is my ancestor. Thank you.

Claudette thank you for your cooperation. But I have deleted the memorial, another person had added one after me and I know it does no good to ask her to remove hers so I just deleted mine. I do appreciate your help.

RE: Pasley Family Photos
Could Phoebe E. Pasley 1839-1921 possibly be William's wife? They and their children are all buried together? Is Mary, Williams wife's name? so confused..I don't know if I should link them together? Is this your family?

I have added the obituary to the bio section listing you as a source. If you don't mind could you delete the obit from the flower section and replace with another flower tribute? I like to keep the memorials as neat as possible. Thanks for the help.

RE: Hammons Family
I will keep my eye out on this one. Missouri death certificates did not start until 1910. sometimes you might find a old obit.

RE: Hammons Family
I have not came across that name in my Hammons line. If I find anything, will let you know. My line came in to Missouri, from Knox county, Kentucky, from Mo.. a lot of them went to Calif, and Idaho. my gg grandpa, is Andrew Jackson Hammons, son of William Hammons, and Jane Hartley, Keep in touch. Did she die in MO.? if so let me know and when I go and pull more obits, will see if I can find one for her.
Thank you for adding the obit. I am pulling them on my line, and will copy the full page, then see if they have a memorial, if so will contact the person who has the memorial to add it.
