|Bryan Anderson||George Albert Corliss|
I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the History of the 89th Division, he too served in this unit and was severely wounded on 9/19/1918.
I'm not certain where I'm headed with my project, but I want to think I'll eventually publish something. I would like to ask for permission to use your photograph of the grave of George Albert Corliss from findagrave.com (Find A Grave Memorial# 106026203).
With the 100th anniversary of the USA's participation in WWI, I want to acknowledge their sacrifice.
With warm regards,

Hi, I am not a relative so did some digging. Found and added the obits for Homer and Cora. Homer's didn't mention anything about Munden, but Cora's said they lived there before moving to Emporia (#117262733). Also, one of her brothers was living there at the time of her death. I'd say that is pretty convincing evidence, without something actually in writing saying they lived at that address. Isn't this fun, piecing the puzzles together?! Becky

Hi Jennifer, I'm related on the wife's side, but really don't know about their home. That is nice you're trying to find out about the families who lived there before you! Is it in Munden or out in the countryside? Most of the family were farmers, some moved to town when they retired maybe. It'd be neat to find a photo of what it looked like back then! Sorry I couldn't be more help. Luella

Hi Jennifer - Would like your permission to use a copy of your gravestone photo of Adelaide Macy #74287183 for my family history. Seems I may have to solve a problem because she also has a gravestone photo on her memorial #20429539. Guess they could have moved her but you would think that if they did, they would have moved the stone also. Thanks for your consideration. Bill Macy.

I am on the search for my 3rd great grandmother who died of childbirth in Republic County, Kansas. It is suspected that she might be buried at Rose Creek (Regester) Cemetery.
I noticed that you have taken quite a few pictures of this cemetery. and as I am in Memphis, I was wondering if yo could do a little investigation for her and possibly one or two daughters that also died around the same time she did (of course one would be a baby)

Thank You, Jennifer, for attempting to locate gravestones for Dianna, Horace & Virgil Hill in Farmington Cemetery. It's always disheartening to hear that Ancestors have not been given the honor of a Memorial gravestone. Thanks for trying.
