Morris Karker 127283835
Hello Brent, I submitted an edit request for Morris adding his parents. My grandmother was a Schoharie County Karker, I do research on the family. Thanks for having created his memorial. Paul Turner

John Walker
Hi Brent,
Do you have any additional information on John Walker?

My ancestor Hannah Walker Deyoe died 27 Sep 1835, at Lexington, Greene Co., NY. From her tombstone I calculate her birth date at 7 Mar 1764. She married James Deyoe 5 Nov 1786 at Claverack, Columbia Co.

I suspect that Hannah's father was possibly named John Walker, as Hannah named her second son, born in 1794, John Walker Deyoe. (Her first son was named after the paternal grandfather, and the second son after the maternal grandfather). I see that your John Walker was born in 1733 and lived just 24 miles from Hannah Walker Deyoe.

Ellis Cemetery
Hi Brent,
Sorry for the delay .. I believe I have moved Alfred & Susan to your Ellis Cemetery listing. I didn't see the stone picture you mentioned you posted though. Thanks for pointing all this out. If anything else needs to be changed let me know.

Thanks for the information on the Mace family. I would like a copy of Joseph and Alwilda's will.
Since I am related to the mace family I am not willing to do a transfer. I am however willing to add the information that you have on them.
Do you know how to do a virtual cemetery? If not, email me and I will show you how to set one up.
Take Care,

RE: Luella VanVorst
Hi, Brent,

You've got them! Let me know if anything went wrong and they didn't transfer properly.

Glad to have them with family!

Take care.

Luella VanVorst
Hi, Brent,

Thank you for the corrections and links for Luella's memorial. You might want to check to see that I didn't make any typos in adding the information.

There are a lot of VanVorsts in Hillside Cemetery. I am not related to any of them. I posted the memorials from a cemetery transcription because, at that time, there were very few memorials for this cemetery. I was hoping that relatives would find them. I would be more than happy to transfer to you any of my memorials that are your relatives. Just let me know if you would like to manage them, and, if so, which ones - or all of them.

Take care.

Hi Brent,
I apologize for not seeing your message before now. I hope you found someone who could show you the location. The easiest way to access it is to park on private property and walk across a field. If you would still like to know how to find it. Please contact me via my private email which is listed on my profile page. When I'm busy, I back-burner any Find A Grave messages until I can free up some time. I always read my email messages.

Clarence Hulbert Sr.
Dear Brent,
Thank you for the suggestion, and picture. I had taken a picture, but had not gotten it developed.

Since, you manage the Bloyds. Do you want Ethelyn Bacci, and other Bloyds. I just wanted to get them remembered, because I knew them and wanted them remembered. I will gladly transfer them, except Violet,Valfred and Monty Salmela, Baby Boy Salmela. Violet was a Bloyd. I knew them well and they were Friends of me, my folks and grandparents. I love them. I still talk to her daughter April. Let me know.
Are related to the Walkers in Boonville.
My cousins' daughter is marring a Walker.

And Thanks again. Louise

RE: Verle George Griffin
Hello Brent;

Regarding your message on Sept 2:
"msg from Brent Walker:
I did search all around Verle's grave and ........ I have not found any markers for his parents."

I finally got ahold of the cemetery and found out that Verle Griffin's parents are BURIED WITH HIM. So... that mystery is solved. I guess the family didn't get the parents names inscribed on Verle's tombstone.

The cemetery caretaker said as many as 6 can be buried in 1 plot. The father was the 1st whole burial, the mother & Verle were cremated.

Thank you so much for all of your effort. I thought you might be interested in the outcome since you worked so hard to find the rest of the family.

Hello, me again:
When you took that picture of Verle Griffin at Willits Cemetery, where his folks, Cecil & Rita Griffin buried by him?

Thanks for your help.

Okay Brent
I transferred all of the Bloyds over to you. It is very interesting in these large family groups tying all of the links together. In some branches of my family I have Findagrave links about six or seven generations in length going back to the 1600s from the west coast to the east coast.

Hello Brent
I almost always (about 95%) check the cemetery to see if someone that I am posting isn't already there, saves me a lot of work. And then I check to see if one that is already posted has a grave marker photo, if not I supply that. I deleted all three of the Bloyd memorials, you have them now. I would be glad to move all of the rest of the Bloyd's to your management.
