|Kirby R. Blass||RE: Lydia Tener King|
Good Evening Tabitha,
It is always great to hear from other people researching their family tree. Lydia Anderson Tener King and her husband James King were my wife Erica's 2nd great grandparents. She is descended from their son John George King. John George King married Elva Lena Work. Their first born son James Edward King, Sr. was my wife Erica's grandfather. It is my understanding that they also had a second son Jesse Clinton King, Sr. who was my wife's great uncle.
I am doing a large amount of family history research on my wife's side of the family for the future benefit of our son, if he is ever interested one day. The photograph of Lydia, among others, was given to us by her grandfather James. He had a large number of family photographs and old King family documents, including James King's naturalization papers when he became a citizen in April of 1891 and the deed when they purchased the 'Old Morrison' farm in Houston in 1902. James, as you may already know, was killed in an accident on that farmstead in 1908 while the men in the family were cutting down a large tree. We are fortunate that so much history survived in his attic.
If you are interested, I would be glad to scan some of those documents and share them with you. How are you related to James and Lydia? Perhaps my wife or my wife's family know you.
Take care and have a nice weekend.

I added a photo for Mary Belle Bebout. It is in a photo album that was owned by Elizabeth "Lizzie" Belle Weaver. I do not think there is a family connection. I think they were just friends. Lizzie was a teacher and there are photos of other teachers and pupils mixed with family in this album.

I am working on entering all the burials in Chartiers Hill Cemetery. You and another person have many entries that are duplicates of each other. I was wondering if the 2 of you could work on combining them so they are only lsited once. That would help me a lot.

The links do not work at present. Where did you place a photo and for who Kendricks? At what cemetery?
