Several Allens
Hi, Someone who took the time to check, sent me info (through F-A-G) that none of these Allens seemed to have markers; they could not find any, and they checked with the cemetery office. Perhaps these Allens are not butied here. But I wouldn't know where else, either. Sandy

Thank you, Janet. I entered the information to Florence's memorial # 136276766. Not sure if you KNOW if the place was Fresno County or the city of Fresno. This is great!!! Sandy Morrey

Bonnie Qualls Clemo
I'm trying to solve a genealogy puzzle that is part of Bonnie Clemo's family. I'd rather not type it all here. If you could email me at the yahoo address listed with Find a Grave, I would appreciate it.

I am going to be trying to photograph Mrs. Fedewa's headstone for you. I emailed the cemetery to see if she is buried there. As soon as they reply back I will go photograph it. If for some reason they dont have record of her I will go to the funeral home. Hope to have something posted for you this weekend.

RE: Thomas Porter Vaughn
Would you like to take management of your Dad's memorial? He was a friend of my parents, so I entered the info from his memorial card. Will await your reply. ReBecca

RE: Esther Patridge
Thanks a whole lot for informing the museum about the misspelling. That William Patridge IS my William Patridge. He has a memorial on Find A Grave, Sacramento City Cemetery, Find A Grave Memorial # 106050617. You obviously have the super-sleuth DNA, like me :)

Yes, the spelling is Patridge - please do let them know, at your convenience. And thanks so very much for investigating this for me - I truly appreciate the personal time you've taken to look into this for me.

RE: Clarence F Davis #21315518
Hi Janet,
I rechecked Clarence's death certificate and his parents are listed on it as Andrew Davis and Clara Silvers. The informant was Mrs. Clarence F. Davis, so there is no way to tell through the wife's name if perhaps the death certificate I found belongs to another Clarence Davis. I found several family trees on with all the information the same as I found on Do you have an obituary or something that shows the other names for his parents?

Charles H Barton Memorial # 72581139
Inquiry for Memorials 22713296 / H M Barton; 22713298 S A Barton & 22713294 / Charles H Barton

I believe these Find A Grave entries for North San Juan Protestant Cemetery are my 2ggrandparents Henry Martin Barton and Sarah A Donnely and two of their sons, Henry C and Charles H Barton. I have located full records for their two daughters, Henrietta ("Nettie) and Sarah ("Sadie), but I have so far been unable to locate full information for Henry and Sarah's three sons, Henry C Barton, Charles H Barton and Christopher Columbus Barton.

Information you have provided:

Charles H Barton Henry & Sarah's second son?
Birth: 1864 my records give birth date: about 1864,
Death: Nov. 14, 1934
Find A Grave Memorial# 22713294

Another FindAGrave contributor, A Seeker, also listed Charles H Barton as well as these other gravestones for:

H M Barton Henry Martin Barton?
Birth: 1828 my records give birth date: Nov 1828 in Illinois
Death: 1914 marriage to Sarah about 1863
Find A Grave Memorial# 22713296

S A Barton Sarah A Donnely Barton?
Birth: 1840 my records give birth date: 1838 in Ireland
Death: 1916
Find A Grave Memorial# 22713298

Charles H Barton Henry & Sarah's son?
Birth: 1864 my records give birth date: about 1864,
Death: Nov. 14, 1934
Find A Grave Memorial# 72581139

H C Barton Henry & Sarah's son Henry?
Birth: 1880
Death: 1900
Find A Grave Memorial# 22713297

I have contacted the North San Juan Cemetery District offices as well as the other Find A Grave Contributor, and would be grateful if you can forward any further suggestions on how I might find confirming information that these are the burials of my family members.

Henry & Sarah Barton
daughter Sadie Barton married Lucius Webster Beardslee
Sadie & Lucius' son Ralph Currier Beardslee married Lucretia Wainscott
Ralph & Lucretia's son Ralph Jr married Jacqueline Annemarie Grenier.
Ralph Jr & Jacqueline are my parents

Kind regards, and thank you for your work here.

Leslie Mina Riecke
RE: Dolly Dagmar Miller Davis
Thanks for letting me know I didn't get it right. I removed the photo but do you have one to replace it?

The photo I had was from the 1920 Family Reunion. That photograph and others were given to me by Margie Davis (daughter of Albert Hull and Laura Miller) about a year after Great Uncle Bert Riecke died. I thought that the reunion photographs were of Walter Miller, his children and his grandchildren. No one is identified in the photographs but there were pictures of family groups and I thought I had figured it out. Agenite "Aggie" Miller, Walter's daughter, and Bert Riecke (her fourth and last husband) attended this reunion and are in some of the photographs taken that day.

Do you know what your great grandfather, Walter Miller looked like? I have other photographs of this same man as well as an elderly couple from Copenhagen.

It would be nice to find all Aggie's brothers and sisters and their families to link up and have biographies and photographs to honor the lives they had. Can you check out the other Miller Find A Grave memorials and let me know if I need to make corrections?

1. Andrew Walter Miller (No. 87711088)
2. Helena (Lena) Miller-Scholl (No. 93617654).
3. Anna Elizabeth Miller-Stroder (No. 93624242)
4. Agenite (Aggie) Miller (No. 41832313)

NOTE: I am not the manager of Aggie's memorial but if you would like to be transferred any of the Miller's, please let me know.

Walter and his wife are supposedly buried in Richmond, Calif. It would be nice to find and photograph their graves to set up memorials and link with their children. But Richmond is to far away for me (and I don't think it is a very safe place).

According to a newspaper article there were a total of ten children of Walter Miller. I don't know where Laura, Theodore or Leo Miller are buried, which leaves two more children unaccounted for. Perhaps they died in childhood on the East Coast or on their way West.

Let me know if you need anything from me. Thanks.
