Hi! I had submitted a number of edits to you for memorials located in God's Little Acre Cemetery which were missing surnames which were declined with the message "Content submitted does not belong in this data field."
In order to comply with Find A Grave naming conventions and be easily find-able, the surname on their stones should be in the surname field. As it is now, when searching for the name they were known by, your memorials do not show up - only duplicates which have subsequently been added by others adding them to Common Burying Ground show up.
If this was some sort of error by the site due to the problems it was experiencing this week, I'd be happy to resubmit the edits to their memorials.

Just wondering what, if any, relation you have to Ella Franklin-Whitfield and her children. I noticed you added them to the database, and was curious to see if they are related to you. They are related to me & I've been searching for additional info. Thank you!

Actually I noticed that but when you go into her memorial all the pictures are still there. I was trying to figure out how to make the headstone the first one seen. Maybe I can Delete the pics then reenter them putting them at top again.

I finally was able to get the photos for you of this grave. I will check every so often to see when the grave marker will be displayed for her grave. My regards, Diane

I believe you are right. I have added a family tree to Ancestry called: Olivewood Cemetery of Houston Texas. It may not be proven entirely yet but for now, I've made corrections to the Find A Grave memorial. The people at this cemetery are no relation but I took pictures there so they would not be lost. There are people now who are maintaining this cemetery. The cemetery listed in FamilySearch is Oakwood and I can find no cemetery here by that name. Olivewood is similar.

|TimelessSpirits||Cobb Infants - Highland Cemetery|
I checked the Highland Cemetery records and they indicate that the infants were the children of Wheeler and Annie Cobb. I found Wheeler Cobb on FindAGrave at 16467565 and he is linked to his wife, Annie, at 16467533 I am quite certain that the infants have a tombstone so you might want to request a tombstone photo. I go to Durant several times a year but probably won't be going again for a month or so. They are buried on Drive 3, Section 2, Lot 0954. Hope this information helps.

Thanks for your generosity and kindness. Let me know anytime I can do something in return for you. Meanwhile, I will see if I can find anything on the Cobb infants.

|TimelessSpirits||RE: Bakers in Highland cemetery.|
I'm going to do some research for you on the Cobb infants as soon as I finish this Baker stuff. I've created memorials for all the Bakers except for four who have grave photos: Alfred T., Finis Cortez, and Frances McCord. I can create memorials and transfer the photos but the photos would say TimelessSpirits rather than your name. Alternatively. you can right-click on the photo and save it somewhere on your computer and then post it on the appropriate memorial. Which would you like to do?

|TimelessSpirits||RE: Baker's in Highland cemetery.|
Dear James, Thanks for your offer to transfer Baker memorials in Highland Cemetery that are not related to you. I'll be happy to accept them but only if that is something you wish to do. If decide not, that's fine, and if you decide yes, we can handle it any way you wish. If you give me a list of those you intend to transfer, I'll create duplicates and then you can delete yours if that is what you prefer. However, I must tell you upfront that I'm not related to the Bakers either. I was born in Durant and spent my early years there, and I have many family members and friends buried in Highland. I have a very special place in my heart for Durant and for the Highland Cemetery, and I am compelled to do research and write a brief bio on every memorial that I have. Thanks again for your nice email.
