Family Hunter
William Noll Conrad
I'm wondering if this is really William Noll, and not William something else.

My reason for this is I have a copy of William Noll Conrad's World War II draft registration card (he signed it as William Noll) and he lists his date of birth as 22 Jan 1888, and that's quite a difference from what's on this tombstone.

What do you think?

Clarence Richard Keifer FAG# 45150127
Michelle, I believe that you and I are researching several relatives in common, as I've seen some posting on ?ancestry or roots web with common themes. We could discuss this privately if you'd like. (Keifer and Renninger are the 2 families in Berks County)
My latest research on the descendants of David Keifer and Susan Pennypacker has led me to
Clarence Richard Keifer.
Interesting item in that his Social Security Application, his Pennsylvania Death Certificate, his baptism record and his WWII Draft Registation - they all state his date of birth as:
August 18, 1891. But his tombstone is engraved as the year 1892. Interesting problem.
He was born in Reading, PA. His Father is listed as Howard P Keifer and his Mother Annetta S. Hungerford. His wife is listed as Ethel May Lessig Keifer. I found a Berks County Marriage application for Sept 11, 1917.
Children listed in the 1940 census are:
June Keifer
Richard Keifer
Caroline Keifer
His father's Find A Grave Memorial number is #95312537
Hope I've been of some help to you as you've helped in discovering the burial location of Clarence.

Hi Michele,

I am hoping you can help me out. I am went to the Charles Evans Cemetery in Berks yesterday to see if they had anything more in their files on Frederick and Catherine (Baum) Yeager. They indicated that the cemetery did not start until 1846. They have no record of them in the cemetery which I thought was odd since it is on find-a-grave. They said many smaller cemetery's in the city had people re-interred but they would have the record.

If you have any information such as section and plot they said they could look up that way.

I appreciate any insight you might be able to provide.

Also there son Daniel's wife is Susannah Bright. I am not sure who Christina because I have no record and am always looking for new information on this family. thank you. Kim

Thank you so much for posting photographs of the tombstones of my great grandfather, Arland Bishop Hunt, and other relatives at Cutter Cemetery and of Virginia and Charles Bacon at the Old Burying Ground Cemetery. Discovering your photographs brought back warm memories. I still especially miss Virginia Williams Hunt, my great aunt, and the daughter of Arland Bishop Hunt and his wife, Elizabeth Morgan Hunt. - Joseph Martin, Washington, DC.
