You are very welcome, Lisa. Glad I could help. I'm only about a mile from Redding Cemetery, so it was an easy photo! Have a great weekend-Barb

I noticed you left a flower on the subject memorial for Lucy Pattie. With no middle name and no dates, it could be any one of several in my database or many in the large Pattie family. You re-energized my interest in the Pattie line and I sent an inquiry of clarification to the owner. I've assumed it's Lucy Phenton but cannot determine that fact for certain. Were you able to determine which Lucy this represents.

RE: 18311426 - Mary A Pattie
You're welcome. My notes reflect only the highlights of what I've read. I believe SDSU and other San Diego institutions have much more. I'm always happy to boast about this guy. I'd invite any comments, criticisms or corrections to my notes. They've been cobbled together over the years rather than a planned, continuous effort.

I'll take another look at it anyway. Regarding Sylvester PATTIE, I have two of them in my database and both are sons of Johns. One is very famous and the other is his grandson. The famous Sylvester is my 4th cousin and that means your husband and I are related but distantly. I'm sure your husband will be interested in what I've accumulated over the past 40 years. You may already know it but they named several places in the Grand Canyon after him. And they named a WW II Liberty Ship after him. Please look at the following link for those and many other milestones in his short life and long biography:

Thanks for your interest in the Pattie line. I was afraid the photo of Captain James Samuel PATTIE might create confusion but wanted a more personal link to the woman he left behind. I trusted that the caption under her husband's photo would allay any confusion and I apologize if it did not. Captain James Samuel Pattie was my 2nd Great Grandfather and I'm sure you and I are related. Please read the caption and let me have your recommendation. I'd be happy to delete the photo and move the caption to the space for "flowers" or delete all of it and leave a link to my detailed bio for them. You may see what I have for her at:

and for him at:

Thanks again for your interest.

Sybil Hubbard
Hi Lisa,

I checked the newspaper today, the April 9, 1831 edition of the Vermont Republican and Journal, and there is a death notice for Sybil Hubbard. She was 88 when she died in Windsor. It leads me to think she may be buried at Old South without a headstone, or that her headstone disintegrated.

My Promise to YOU
I am very sorry about not getting that Item to you that I promised in very early July. I got a new computer with Windows 7 on it and boy oh boy it's like living in 1996 again when I first started with Windows the first time after loving my first computer. Gee, I can't remember the number now but it was an Apple. I'm still belly aching about it and I will have to take a class when I get to Florida when move there in October.

I just got a new printer and have to hook it up to the computer. I hope there is no problem with that.

So please just sit tight. I willlllll get it to you. It is the first page in my Bellevue Riverside Cemetery workbook so I won't.

Carolynn Herrera Freeman
I checked with Green Acres again to no avail. The man that I talked to today checked under both last names again just to make sure that they have to record of her and nothing is listed with her mom's marker about Carolynn. I'm sorry that I couldn't provide you with any better news.

RE: Carolynn Herrera Freeman
Now that you've added her married name, Freeman, Green Acres might be able to find her record. They keep everything in a card file rather than in electronic form, so the full name information is required. Would you like me to call them?

Rebecca Julia Ward
Hello. I this in regard to Rebecca JUlIA WARD and her mother Rebecca Drew who was married three times. I have left several very reliable postings on my 3 and 4th ggmothers and fathers pages. For some reason the people who think they own or control the line keeps taking my correct info off . I always offer proof. I was under the impression who so ever in charge of the person or person does some backs ground check . Now, I could be wrong. But I have read where so many do. They even done so on my ggfather William Edward Hunter born 1842 died 1808. They have change his birth, he date of Death even thought the Grave Marker is looking at them in their faces. Which this is the org grave marker. They have even change his three marriages . Matter of fact these certain people change anything I post on my family lines which I always submit proof. IN fact they have posted to many false things on my lines. taken some things from private e mails to them and posted it but never alter the so called"Fables" Then I had came across a site that had nothing on the names of who the person married nor the line. I posted that got the most hateful and crude e mail accusing me of distorting their site that I was using it for my personal gain. Never mind , they did not even have a name down. Now, this site really had nothing to do with my Wrights , Ward, and Hunters. Please advice the person or person who are doing this to either re search and posted the correct information and or leave mine on there and give the correct so they can research and have the correct info. I am so tired of them treating me this Way. One of main players of this game is listed on the site. thank you for you kindness in reading this.

Not always this speedy. You just happen to make your request on the day I was headed to the Cemetery and you already had the plot information so I did not need to contact the office. Yours were lot 641 and I was already headed to Lot 606 in the same section. I'm glad I can do this for people.

I added the same photo. There were at least 2 vacant spots next to McDole's. There were no McDowell's for several stones in all directions.

RE: Aaron Carter Hazelton
Well, right now he is managed by a "stranger" volunteer, so if you would like to manage Aaron's site, you can ask Mark Utley. Use the edit button on Aaron's site and leave your volunteer number for him. F.a.G. guidelines are just that - guidelines, not laws, and most of us feel everyone's memorial should be managed by family or friend if at all possible. Just tell Mark your relationship to Aaron and ask for a transfer if you want it.
