|Suzanne||Re Faye Clark Frantz|
As for Faye, I was thinking about it, and her name is on the stone with her husband Tom; although as you know burial wasn't mentioned in her obit. Someone has already put Jan on Findagrave, and Thomas Sr. is there as well so you can view the marker. All my best, Suzanne

Yes, I know about Faye and Jan's passing. I don't know if Faye is buried next to Tom, assume she is. Will check at Rose Hill this spring.

I am the person that placed the photo on Nels and Daisy Olesons memorial.
I have the obits for both and a couple corrections. Would you like me to send them to you or transfer their memorial to me?

With John's & Laura's markers there is also a large Family marker and the smaller markers of Burdette R. & Doris N. I took photos and I will email them if you want them and would send me your email address. That way you can enter them into Find A Grave and can then be the manager

|The Lady in Black||Re: Clare LeBar Dakin|
I happened to be browsing memorials at Woodmere, and came across the one for Agnes Adelaida Ingersoll Dakin. You wrote:
"There is one child missing from the family: Clare LeBar Dakin born Dec 11,1888 in Detroit, Wayne, Michigan-were unable to locate anymore information beyound birth date."
Is this the child? Here's a link to what I found on Familysearch.org:
It says that a Clara L. Dakin married a Horace E. Williamson. Most interesting thing is that her parents are Daniel Dakin & Agnes Ingersoll. They were married in Windsor, Essex, Ontario, Canada on 08 Aug 1908, and her birth year is given as 1888.
Hope that helps!

There is no Middelville in "Berrien" County Michigan. I believe her husband's obit indicates it is near Grand Rapids.

Thank you for the information. It has been added, but please check it out. If I haven't done it right, let me know what corrections need to be made and I'll try to make it right.
According to Ancestry.com his birthday was 1926

|Stephen Barneby||Anna Warfle|
Thanks for your note about my great-great-great grandmother Anna Warfle. I was aware of the names of her parents but had not checked to see if they were listed in Findagrave. I have linked Anna up with her parents.
Anna lived with Lewis Rouse in LeRoy, Michigan, so I had always thought that she died there also, although I had no proof of that. Do you have evidence that she died in White Oak?
Looks like you are as addicted to genealogy as I am!

|T Jacob||The Boone Family|
Leanne, I am really intrigued by your obvious knowledge of the Boone ancestry and history. I read where one of your ancestors is Wemple. My interest comes from the fact that James H. Boone is my great great great grandfather. His son John B. Boone my great great and his son William Albert Boone my great grandfather. William is my grandma Hazel Harriet Boone Hansen's father who resided in Cheboygan, MI all of her married life with her husband George Hansen. I just made a trip from my home in SW MI to Cheboygan to locate William's grave, which I did. He is buried at Pine Hill Cemetery in Cheboygan. I found his grave site, cleaned and maintained it then photographed and submitted it to Find A Grave. You seem to have created all of the memorials I read on their history. Is most of this from your mom's notes and where can I find the " A Boone Family History" by Malcom D. Bater.

|Murray Downs||Pulling Family History|
I am a descendent from and have a great deal of information regarding the Pullings of Ridgefield, CT. Some of them migrated to Saratoga County, NY. Do you know the name of the parents of Lawton Pulling about whom you wrote: "Lawton Pulling's parents, came to Michigan in 1837" I believe he was born in Saratoga County. I would dearly love to know about his parents. I believe Zalmon and Abel Pulling from Ridgefield were there, but I have no information about Lawton being the son of either.

Leanne, more than happy to transfer his memorial to family. By the way, two years ago when i was there photographing headstones in that cemetery there were some elderly family there cleaning out the brush from that section of Olsen headstones, they were siblings and one lady lived in a trailer park in Traverse City, Mich. I took pictures of them standing together in front of the headstones & wish i could give them the pics. Sharon

|Margo C||Infant Hayes|
I'm so sorry, but there was no marker in the spot where Infant Hayes should have been. I found the spot, but it was empty and the markers that are there only go back into the 1950's. I substituted the "Baby Land" sign. I hope that works for you. If you want me to take that off, let me know.

I finally got the memorials changed. Louisa Loranger is on the 1870 census with her parents. She isn't on the 1880 census with them though. I cannot find a death record for her though. There must be one! Anyway, I left the memorial as is pending finding a death record.
Also, I'd love to do a field trip to Summit Cemetery to rephotograph Ellen Loranger. The cornstarch worked so well when I used it earlier this summer.

Hi Leanne, I was going through my old Find A Grave emails and saw where you said I could transfer Edward Binding's memorial if I wanted. I transferred him now. Let me know if you want others, like Samuel.

I don't have an obit on him. I saw it listed on the Mount Clemens Library website. They do lookups for people, if you want to contact them. It was his wife that I had the obit for and that is on her memorial page.

I have been asked to delete any sites that I have posted that are duplicates, and one I have found is for Eli P. Loranger, #64968925. I see that you have added his wife to this number, and I need to ask you to please transfer her to the number on the listing that was added prior to mine. This number is 48663359. I will keep my posting current until I know that you have made the transfer. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I am trying to abide by the Find A Grave rules.

|Linda Luce Bossow||Harry E. Jones|
Hi Leanne - The Mt. Clemens library, on their obituary pages, shows a Harry E. Jones who died at age 65. His obit is in the South Macomb News for 16 Jul 1964. I have wondered if this was him, but I don't have any information on him. I am not related to this family. I was going through some old newspapers, to discard, and saw a couple obits that I put on...hoping they might be of help to someone. Are you related to them? I can transfer the memorial to you if you wish.

|Jeff Whitehead||RE: Billings|
I did find him...Sec C Lot 208 is located across the street from the rest of section C and is not marked on any of the maps. It's just one of those "add-on" sections I was talking about. Located between section D and section OP 919.
Good luck in your family hunting,

|Jeff Whitehead||RE: Enos Billings-Oak Grove|
I was heading out to the library (they have cemetery books there) in just a few to check on a few names including Enos. My maps only show Section C going to 207, but back then they used every last spot and may have put it right on the end of the row, I will check. I will also check the other 208's in the cemetery and see what I come up with.
