Albert Leightham
Thank you for the photo of Albert Leightham (Leightman). Interesting that the name is different on the headstone as the family name was Leightham. Another mystery to solve. Thanks again for your photo.

Headstone Photo
Dear Mr. Stradtman,
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I really appreciated the fact that you took the time to take a picture of my grandfather's headstone. My grandfather passed away when my father was 12 years old so I (being 32 years old) never met him. My father is now in his late 50's and at times, still gets emotional when talking about his father. This picture means a lot! Thanks again!

Sincerely, Jackie Kubicek

Charles Robinson #1583634
Hi, George,
I haven't been able to find the death information on my Charles Faye Robinson who was in the IL Cav. during the Civil War. He was born in Vermont, but served from IL. I was just hoping that this one was it, but it looks like he was from MA. So I'll keep looking.
Thanks, Dorothy

George, many thanks for the photo. There seemed to be a problem with the spelling of the name, so I checked the cemetery site to be sure. Boy, did that open up a can of worms. Seems like they got two people in the same location, or could just be a dupe entry and problem with the spelling. I sent a SAC to see if they can clear it up for me. Let's leave the photo there for now until I hear something. Again, thanks for your efforts.

Regards.....Don Short

THank you, George, for posting the photo of the marker for Charles Robinson. It didn't tell me what I was hoping for, but it helps anyway.

RE: Gibble
We tried to find the cemetery when we were in Pa. in Oct. We had no luck what so ever. We asked several people if they knew how to get to it but they had no idea. Thanks for all your time.

Gibble
George, once again, I want to thank you for the wonderful pictures. We just got home from a trip to Pa. and visited quite a few of the cemeteries, but never found out where the Gibble Farm was. We asked a number of people (including a headstone place) and no one knew anything about it. So these photos are relly appreciated.

Yes, I have GPS, but I a general location would be helpful. Is it near Manheim?

I got an e-mail about a photo request there and I know there are others. Do you know where the cemetery is located?

Thanks.

Gibble
Hi George,

Thanks so much for the photo of the headstone for Joseph Gibble. I take it, from the message you sent me, that you have photos of the other Gibble's. If so, when you have time, could you post them so I can make copies? I can't understand why anyone would remove them. Thanks for all of your time.

Gibble
I wonder if the unmarked Gibble stone might be Joseph. My husband has an ancestor with that name that was born Jan, 20, 1703 and died March 17, 1869. The dates are the same and he is buried in the Gibble Cemetery.
