Debbie McGinley, thank you for taking and posting the photograph of the gravesite marker of Aaron Gregg (Find A Grave Memorial# 9738898). Each detail helps to complete the life stories of those long forgotten. Keep up the good work. -Nathan Taylor

Thanks for catching the duplicate, Debbie. I always check to see if there is already a memorial but it doesn't work if I have the wrong first name to begin with. Duh!

Hi Debbie, Although I had originally put his memorial on Find A Grave, I did delete that post for the one put up later. I did put Virgil's picture up tho. When I attended Nebraska Western College, Virgil King was my Physics instructor and thought a lot of him. He was very kind and helped me out a lot.
Thanks for pointing out the two pages for Virgil. My Best to you. Are you related to him?

Thank you for removing the parent link. I had the same confusion myself. Wilson was young enough to have been the son of Josiah Jr. It looks like you have put in the edit to remove the maiden name from Elizabeth Stillwagon. It is Josiah Sr's wife that was an Eicher. If only we could find the burial location for the parents. Most of the children have memorials. already. Best regards, Jan

Thanks for the info Debbie. I have transferred and will delete my memorial once the info is added to the second memorial. I'm not a numbers person, so it doesn't matter who has the memorial as long as it is posted. Susan

I noticed that you are the person listed on many of the Wheelers. My husband is a distant relative of Anna Mary Cook
Anna Mary and William Wheeler had five children, but only four of them are linked to the parents. Their first-born was a daughter named Pearl (born 05-06-1879). She married William Batterson, but they were later divorced. She died 07-15-1964. I see that all the rest of the family are buried at Pleasant Ridge. Do you have any idea where Pearl is buried?

Thank you SO much for the info on Neva Smock. In what state did you locate her death certificate? How can I obtain a copy?
You have no idea how much this helps me. Thank you so much!

|Emi Hatcher||Wayne L Kindle|
#122690913 I sent a request for an edit that was declined, so I thought I'd give an explanation. His name is listed as Lyman Wayne Kindle on his birth record, which you can find publically on birth-records.mooseroots.com when you search for Lyman Wayne Kindle (his parents and birthdate also listed). So either the birth record has his name backwards, or they decided to call him Wayne on his headstone for unknown reasons? Either way, "Lyman" is definitely either his first or middle name! :)

|Non Sequitur||rube pickens|
Mine was created "in the cemetery" first and not a burial unknown moved there later. The admins have been asked to merge them so nothing is lost from either of them. It will take a little time but it will be resolved.

My ex-husband (Steve Triplett) - his mother (deceased) - Nila Golden/Triplett/Judds/Sutton. She moved to Sidney Nebraska in 1987 to take care of her parents: Rea and O.W. Golden. When I first saw her entry here, I was so sad as it was by itself - not related to anyone. She was a very extraordinary woman & I loved her so much.

You appeared to have an interest in the Stillwagon family so I thought I'd make you aware of this memorial.
Anna is apparently interred here per cemetery records, but she has no visible stone. She is buried to the immediate south of Thomas, and to the immediate north of Gevina Ondersma Van Munster.
Had I known she was there, I would have marked her grave with flowers and taken a photo. I am sorry, but unfortunately, I am no longer in Florida, and only just now discovered this.

Oh, I understand about copyright, but I feel the cemetery is a public place, so taking a picture of a stone should be an act that brings satisfaction, closure or some other emotion for people. I am glad you want to use it!
