Henry Rockwell
I bought a photo of a Henry Rockwell about age 5, taken in a Britton South Dakota studio; perhaps late 1800's.
If you may be related, please contact me. I can scan and email so you can see it.
I thought he might be related to me, but mine were from Michigan, and didn't go to SD, that I know of.

Thank you so much for processing the edit. I have been trying to link all the siblings. Your edit was the final one needed. The family unit is whole again! They had not been all in one place since 1890. Now they are forever linked.

RE: History of Hadley
Just found Hepzibah died enroute to Canada as Indian captive.
Reason for no monument but not excuse for not being on tribute to Belding family.

Thank You,

Stanley Swenumson
Hi Pat and Charlie,

Thanks for posting this. I am a 1st cousin of Stanley and you might want to add to the site that they were flying Sacremento to spend Easter with Marie and Adelle's parents. Also, they crashed on Mt. Hood, and the crash site was not found for 8 years, until 1967. As a sidelight, Stanley's sister, Helen Hartman, passed away on Dec. 29, 2013,at age 99. The Swenumson family all lived long lives.

Thanks,

RE: photos
You are very welcome. Just an FYI for you, you may already know this. Bertha Bush is right next to Bettie. Her marker is labeled,

Bertha
Daugh. of
H. & B.S. Bush
Died Dec. 1 1871
5 Mo. 10 d's

Her Find A Grave number is 85222419. She is not linked to her parents Find A Grave memorials.

I have posted an image of her marker also. I hope the blue hue to the marker(s) is ok. I have found that taking pictures of the older markers at about dusk without a flash actually makes them more reader friendly.

Lusk-Barkley
Can you verify that Edna Fidelia Lusk Barkley and her husband Bradley Barkley are buried in Manny Cemetery in Illinois? I know that this is the site of the original Lusk homestead in the west.
There are two F.A.G. memorials for each of these people. The other has them buried in Mount Hope Cemetery in Watertown, SD. Please clarify.

RE: Thanks
I just looked in the Cornish History book and it does say born May 13, 1837. But I would assume the stone should be the correct date...Altho have found sometimes we are not sure...And the book could be wrong also..I think I would suggest to change to the year on the stone..>Thanks...You can change my bio also...Do you have access to the information in the Cornish History. If not, I can scan you a page from the book so you could update bio with information...Just let me know email to send to...Thanks Carolyn
