Ah, I knew the user name looked familiar. Could you possibly call Ancestry & see if they could remove info for you? 800-262-3787. Or, if you feel comfortable doing this, you can allow me access to your tree as a contributor/editor & I think it allows me to correct info.
Thanks Gerald!

William Wilson picture
Hello. You added a picture to William Wilson (147412834). That same photo could be added to his wife, Gertrude M Wilson (147412835). I would appreciate it if you would do that.

RE: John Byrne 1882-1916
Hi again,

Do you still show the death info as Dec 1916 in Butte? That wouldn't be your John. Let me know if you need a copy of the death certificate & death notice from the Butte newspaper.

RE: John Byrne 1882-1916
Hi Gerald,

Glad to know my memory didn't fail me on this one (for a change- ha ha).
Yes, I see a member 'jerjoman' still has the incorrect info so I did send a message to him (or her). Is that a relative of your by chance? Seems to me it was a cousin or something? Anyway, hopefully they will correct their tree.

Thanks so much,

John Byrne 1882-1916
Hi Gerald,

I think I contacted you about John a few yrs ago as we had conflicting information. I know the name was Manriquez, so I apologize if it was not you. Anyway, whoever it was, they changed the Find a Grave info, but I see the date of death is still there. I have our John Byrnes' death certificate posted in Ancestry as well as his obit & marriage. Not the same John as yours. Can I ask you to remove the death date? I see another person picked up the info & posted the picture (which belongs to your John Byrne), so I did contact her.

Thanks much,
Karyl Bissell Jorgenson

Thank you so very much for placing the photo of the marker on their memorial pages, and so kindly transferring the memorials to me. It is very sweet of you to do that for me.
I have requested removal of your duplicates through Find A Grave; that is how they handle deletions of memorials created by someone other than the present owner. Have a wonderful day!

RE: Carney in Holy Cross
So there are no records for anyone buried in Block A, Lot 29 in Plot 2 or 3? Just in plots 1 and 4?

Thanks for checking!

RE: Holy Cross Duplications
I appreciate your looking at my suggested corrections. Can you tell me which duplicates I have made that need to be changed? I can't tell for sure which ones they are from looking at the list of names. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Carney in Holy Cross
I noticed you have memorial for Hugh Carney in Holy Cross Cemetery. His stone says "father". Is there a stone that says "mother"? I'm looking for his wife, Sarah Eliza (Lester) Carney. Are there cemetery records of who was buried in Block A, Lot 29 in plots 2 and 3?

RE: Ellen McDonald
You are right, I grabbed the wrong picutre for Ellen McDonald. The two stones are similar. Thanks for the correction. I have corrected picture on her memorial. I will leave it to you to determine which is the correct name spelling.

Mary McLaughlin
RE: Mary K Rooney Phelan
Yes, I wanted the links placed in these memorials. They are my mother-in-law's relatives. Yes you can transfer them to me. I went to Holy Cross as I was trying to find William Ryan's stone and his first wife, Sarah Quinn. We know that he married Ellen (Ella) Phelan after Sarah died. We also know that - Sarah was born about 1832 and married William Ryan in 1862. They had two daughters Mary Agnes (b.1865) and Annie (b.186?) - Mary Agnes married John Cash and they are buried at Calvary Cemetary in Churchville, IA. Their daughter Sarah Ellen (Nellie) Cecelia Cash married Thomas Francis Kelleher (these are my husband's grandparents and are buried in St. Patrick's Irish Settlement SW of Cumming, IA)
- William and Sarah Ryan's other daughter - Annie married John Rooney and their daughter Mary K married Martin Phelan.

If you have any information on the Quinns that would be helpful, please share it with me.

RE: Frank Wills Photo Request
I was delighted to find it by accident, because someone had requested Mary Anthony, and I have learned to take the surrounding photos just in case they are related, and then check them against requests. I am so happy to have helped.

They look really great. The bios are well done (though there is a missing period and one word that should have an "ed" added). Sure, I could tell you where - but that takes away the fun. Nancy was a beauty, wasn't she? Interesting lives for all three. OK - be well, all. cb
