Sandie,

Possible Cassiday tie-in # 127427082
Hello! Sandie,

I just wanted to let you know! I'm updating a ton of new information in the Highland Cemetery. Note: You might want to take a look at Memorial # 127427082 for a Eldon Leroy Wallace.

Note: It says: he had a Sister named Dorothy Cassiday. The Fike's also tie in with (my) Mother's McKimmy tree! Thru Rev. Nathan K. McKimmy who married Lurena Fike McKimmy. :)

I just sent Susie. A Find A Grave edit to update the Vitals & all. Obituary & Headstone now been added.

duplicate for the Cassiday names
I have added the photo I took to your memorials. the memorials I added for them have been changed to other people and all info for the Cassidays have been removed from the memorials I created. This saves the number all ready assigned. I always check to see if the name is all ready there, but if it was not assigned to Desert View then that is probably why I missed it. Happy to take care of the duplicates. I am getting close to finishing Desert View and have one section to finish. Thanks for letting me know about the correction needed.

Re: Delores/Dolores Cassiday
Sandie,

I just found a duplicate memorial for Delores Elizabeth (Snover) Cassiday. Please see: memorial i.d. # 116294818

Looks like she mostly used the spelling Dolores. Althuogh, I do have papers received that shows others spelling it Delores too...

I would correct the first name to Dolores then let the other Find A Grave contributor know... abt. the duplicate and we have pratically all the Cassiday family group connected/linked. :)

Note: I wish, I could have gone off to Florida. Michigan been brutal this Winter. Would be nice to get this stuff melted. Though, sure will be Muddy for awhile.

RE: POWERS
Sandie, if I just had the date on the picture then that is all the information I had. If it is complete then someone added it that knew the information. I just took pictures one year for Find A Grave. Like I said I can't believe I got the cemeteries mixed up, but I will check..I ran across this before, someone out of state listed some one for South Hart Cemetery & I had just taken a picture of the headstone in Hart Cemetery. Two different cemeteries..

Re: Lloyd & Delores Cassiday
Sandie,

I have transferred Lloyd & Delores (Snover) Cassiday memorials over to you... If you use these to build on. You'll find my memorial for Delores Cassiday is already linked up with her parents and I don't mine giving these to you... You are a Cassiday :)

Re: Charles L. Cassiday, could you insert his full Midland Daily News Obituary in his Bio section. Which is available online at: www.ourmidland.com (?)

My mother is going to check with Charles wife & see if she has Obituaries text for Lloyd & Delores. If you need anything else. Don't hesitate asking. Thanks!

RE: Baby Girl Willis (Skeels Cemetary)
Hi,
Well tell your husband "Hello" for me! I don't think I've ever met the Cassidy side of the family. My dad didn't seem to be very close to them and my grandmother(Orpha) died when I was young, then we moved to the Lansing area.
Actually, my father, Donald Willis, is deceased. He died on Sept. 12, 2002. He is buried in the Oakwood Cemetery in Hamlin Township, Eaton Rapids, MI. Diane, my mother, is still alive. I don't have any pictures of my grandparents, but my mom might, so I'll check with her.
Thanks for getting back to me!

Re: Linking
Dear Sandie,

Please review all the new updates in the Billings Cemetery. Like the Trumble Surname etc. I'm sure! you can help me/provide me memorial I.D's to link up to all the other Gladwin County, MI memorials we share.

I'm taking a break right now. Though, have abt. another 100 images/headstone photo's to process for the Billings Cemetery. Which, has some problems. Though, inserting Obituaries & Headstones willl help solve the issues their.

Re: Phyllis Cassiday 112400250
Dear Sandie,

I have uploaded the whole news of the day of: Skeels dated 6-21/1934. Note: There's couple of Cassiday news. Giving you the whole section allows for better reading if I had just cropped only the few lines. Regarding Floyd child Phyllis.

If you want only the brief writing typed in the Bio & have me remove the JPEG image. Please, let me know! I'm happy to have found this for you.
