Pierre Lagacé

Edwina Newcity was the daughter of Edward Newcity (Édouard Villeneuve) and Calista St-Onge. She was married to Joseph Lagasse who was my great-grandfather's brother.
Joseph and Edwina only had a son, Robert Lagasse.
Jude Newcity was a Civil War soldier who died on July 3, 1863 at Gettysburg. Jude was Edwina's and James Edward Newcity.

I got started researching family history as a project in school, and it just grew. I love it. I have only played with the McClendon side after the lost of RL McClendon, a few years ago. He was a character. His sisters Lou and Dixie are still living in the area. Thank you for your request for changes to the Grow family memorials I submitted some time ago. I was dismayed to find that I had inadvertently attributed many of my Hartland "Center of Town" cemetery contributions to the cemetery of the same name in Hartford, Vt. I corrected these mistakes tonight. I feel really bad that this mistake may have veered researchers off course.
I am not related to the Grow family. My submissions were part of an ongoing research project of cemeteries in New England, and particularly those in Vermont.
I have transferred management of the Grow memorials to you. Please let me know if there is any other way I can help with your research.
