You her listed as the child of Joseph Allen and was wondering if you are related to him? For some reason my family has the funeral card for Joseph but my mother is not sure why her mother would have kept it unless he was related.

It's been a while since I entered that one but I am pretty sure it is one I did while entering data on "familysearch.org." They did not have a spot for the information on the cemetery on their data entry so I was adding them to findagrave if the cemetery was listed. I wish they had thought about putting more info on those when they were entered in the system because there was A LOT of very useful information that was being left out that would have been so helpful to family members who were searching.

Hi Jommie: You mentioned there is a website to locate the plot location of family members in Cedar grove. Could you provide that to me as I can't find it. Thanks.

The columbarium has very low light and the niches have glass doors that cannot be opened so this is the best I could do.
Also in the same niche is Herman Strathmann 6/7/1910 - 2/4/1953. If you want to add him and make a photo request I have a separate photo of his urn.

I'm not related, but love a puzzle and noticed your note on an Ochsendorf request. There is a database of older deaths in California, but it isn't easy to find and it isn't indexed just able to be browsed. This is what I found in it:
Helen Ochsendorf 50 yrs old died 9/20/1929 in Los Angeles Co. File #48170
Frederic Ochsendorf 48 yrs old died 12/8/1932 in Los Angeles Co. File #64316
Karl Ochsendorf 89 yrs old died 1/12/1937 in Los Angeles Co. File #4601
These were all the Ochsendorfs in the early death records. There is no location as to where they are buried. Not sure what is include in death certificates of that era. Hope this helps you in your search. Chris

You're very welcome for the photos, Jommie. Yes, I have three "Pragers" to add. Completed 17 photo requests today, so I'll have to wait until the morning for these. I did look for the other surnames you added, but didn't see any close by in any of the respective areas.

I just finished adding all the pictures. Put in a search for Francis and you'll see them.

Thanks for checking. We are conducting an audit and that one was puzzling. I understand completely.

My pleasure to help. I believe the round item is used as a vase. Her name is on it, but I don't know what the rest of the writing says. I was dismayed that the marker had sunken in so far. I hope they do something about it come Spring. If I get the chance I'll stop back to read the rest of the vase. There weren't any of the names you were looking for in the vicinity.

Sorry. I clicked on the wrong Lemons. I am still looking for this one.

I remember you from St Patricks Cemetery. I keep trying to add Swenson graves as I see them. There are many Swedish surnames at East Hillside. I haven't finished photographing East Hillside yet so she may be one I haven't found yet. Put in a photo request for her. I'll go over there this weekend and take a look.

You are very welcome. Sorry the grave marker was so stained, it was under an oak tree. Yes, there was another Day - Grace Shanabarger Day (July 22, 1896 - October 28, 1926). I have a photo and will add when you create the memorial. Encil

I just took a photo of Mabel's marker. It is on the same stone as Royce Thomas. You asked about the Havens marker being close. It is in the same section, but not in an adjacent plot.
I am sorry I missed your note, or I would have taken the Havens photographs too.

|GLENN||ALLEN GRAVE IN L.I.N.C.|
I got the picture you requested for Joseph Allen in L.I.N.C. He's buried his wife Margaret G. I've also added a picture to her existing memorial.
Have a good one...

I wish I could help you, but I didn't know he was first married to a Rose Day.
Have a good day

|Saralyn||RE: Robert H Babb|
I do not know of any relation that I have to Robert H. Babb.
My maternal grandfather is Thad Gilbert Babb, born in rural Georgia, also in 1888.
I try to leave flowers for all the Babbs I find on F-A-G, as I am sure that if we could go back a couple of hundred years, there would be a relation. I was especially drawn to Robert H. Babb, as I lost my only son, Robert H. Smith, when he was only 16.
