This is my Great Great Grandfather on my Grandmother Hattie Latitia Schill Grantham's side, I am wondering if somehow we could be related or if you have any more information that could be in my family tree.

|kellilee||RE: Elmwood Cemetery Photo Requests|
If you did receive the block and lot number from the cemetery office, be sure to add all information to the burial information on the Memorial pages. The regular Elmwood Cemetery photo volunteers have maps (and I'll pick one up the next time I visit). Once that info is posted, I suspect you'll get a response from a photo volunteer fairly quickly.

|kellilee||Elmwood Cemetery Photo Requests|
I would be more than happy to take your requested pictures in Elmwood Cemetery (Birmingham, Alabama). This cemetery, however, spans over 412 acres and I would need the block and lot numbers, as well as the sectional (N S E W) if applicable.
The Elmwood Cemetery office can be reached by calling 205-251-3114.
I look forward to helping,

I found Sarah Jane Wilson (b. Mar. 23, 1848 d. Dec. 15, 1935) close by Hazel. Is she Kin?
Also, Hazel is buried in 18 4 and the GPS coordinates are 33.550072; -86.753725

Emily...You tell Bill it is & always will be my pleasure to take care of Valerie's grave. I also feel a great connection to this child, all alone in such a large cemetery. Every time I enter the cemetery I have to pass her grave & she is never far from my thoughts, ever! God Bless! Deborah

|Bill Seale||Valerie's grave|
please send my thanks to Deborah for cleaning off Valerie's grave. When I was still traveling and went to Orlando, I always took some time off to go over to Lakeland and clean it up and put some arrangement on her grave and just sit with her for awhile. Oh and thank you for posting and maintaining her record.
Love to all,

It was an absolute pleasure to help you out. Oak Hill Burial Park is my favorite Cemetery. So beautiful & so peaceful!!! Very large, with the atmosphere of a park, but very dignified & private at the same time & with many, many trees. Have many friends buried there, as well as my father. I myself & my husband already have our plots purchased & headstone placed there. It is a very well maintained cemetery & owned by the City of Lakeland, but is located outside of the city. I spend many hours there. Now that I know a little more about Valerie & know that she has no one here, I will check her grave along with the rest I care for & make sure she has a little attention from time to time. She will not be forgotten by me!!! God Bless! Deborah

The day I took the photo of Valerie Seale's headstone, it was a bad time of day for a good photo. Too much shade over her headstone. If I can remember on my next visit to the cemetery, which I frequent, I will try to get a better photo of her headstone and post it. Okay? God Bless! Deborah

Emily...I just completed the transfer of the memorial over to you for Valerie Seale at Oak Hill Burial Park. I am very happy & pleased that someone wants this precious child to maintain the memorial! This is why I try to add graves to the data on findagrave, hoping someone will find their ancestors or loved ones & want them. God Bless! Deborah
