|Jr. McKay||Orville Carter|
The bio information that was there was submitted by another person. Your research looks sound, but in the 1900 census you listed, Orville's birth date is off by 4 years. Since I have no way to know who is correct, I am deleting all bio references for now. If you find some additional information that can directly connect Oliver to his parents, please let me know and I will add the links or bios. Thanks for the info.

Hi, I have corrected the two graves (44638680) that you requested. Early on I didn't know where to place the flowers.
I understand Find a Grave a lot more now.

|Southerngal||Lucy Whatley and her children|
Thank you so very much for adding the memorial for Lucy Hardy Whatley and her children Tommy H. and Lucy J. Whatley.
Without wonderful volunteers like you I would never have found them.
My grandfather was Lemuel Albert Whatley and he left Clarke County AL when he was 18 for Texas. He married Lucy there and had 6 children. The children were very young when their mother died and Lem remarried. Nobody knew much about Lucy and the two children that died much less their names and where they were buried. Lemuel married 3 times. His last wife, my grandmother and Lem had 4 children and he had 7 children with his 2nd wife. My mother was his youngest and his 17th child. Lem worked for the rail road and died in Memphis Tennessee in 1931 from a stroke. Whatley Alabama is named for his father, Franklin Benjamin Whatley.

I have a photo of Magdalena's stone. Problem - she is buried in Camp Creek Cemetery, Cass county, NE...NOT the Eagle Cemetery.
Please change the cemetery on her memorial to Camp Creek - her memorial # is: 80621230.
Once this is corrected - I will add the stone photo to her memorial.
I sent an e-mail regarding the cemetery error in July...but did not hear from you.
I also sent this correction request today using the edit tabs.
Would really appreciate your help with this cemetery error.

Hi! I went to find Adeline Merritt but there is only a Verna and Rinaldo's markers plus a larger family marker. According to official records, there is not an Adeline. I would be glad to share these three pictures if you need them.

|C. T. Lewis||RE: Collier's|
Thanks for your kind offer to transfer your Collier memorials in the Beech Creek Baptist Cemetery, Spurger, Tyler County, TX.
Two of the eight charter members of the Beech Creek Baptist Church founded in 1855 were my great, great grandparents, James Gautney Collier and his wife Elizabeth.
They moved from Early County,GA in October, 1852 in a wagon train of 12 wagons arriving in east Texas in Feb. 1853. The Collier group included James Gautney Collier, Joseph William Collier, Thomas J. Collier and their respective families.
Because of my connection to my great, great grandfather, James Gautney Collier, I am related to all of the Colliers buried in the Beech Creek Baptist cemetery.
If you want to transfer any or all of your Collier memorials in the Beech Creek Baptist Cemetery, I will be happy to maintain their memorials.
If a more direct descendant of one of the memorials contacts me, I will be happy to transfer such memorials to the more direct descendant. I believe that family related FindaGrave members have the best chance of making complete memorials of their ancestors.

I did not receive your message. It may have gotten in with my junk mail. Can you send it again? Can you put family tree info in the header so I can make sure it doesn't get lost?

|WGTLC Scully Tolman||Julius L. McAlister photo|
I would like to ask permission to use your photo of Julius Lee Mcalister's headstone, #45455644, in the Magnolia Cem in Woodville TX. This would be for my personal non profit genealogy and I would of course credit you with taking the photo. I very much appreciate the gravers for their time and expense in being our eyes to our ancestors resting places. I will await your answer and thank you again.

|Aileen||RE: Diana Merritt McCLung|
Hi - No, I am not a descendant of Diana or Nellie McClung. Nellie married William Eaton, brother of Margaret Eaton (my husband's great-grandmother). That is my only connection. I do have an obit for Nellie, though, if you need a copy of it - just tell me where to send it. I don't have anything on Diana at all.

I added the information you sent except for the brother - you will need to have the person who holds that memorial add the parents to him. Kay

DO YOU LIVE CLOSE TO VILLAGE MILLS CEMETERY? I WOULDN'T WANT YOU TO HAVE TO GO OUT OF YOUR WAY, BUT I WAS WANTING A VERIFICATION ON THE BIRTH DATE FOR MAMIE. I THINK SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN BORN MAYBE 10 YEARS EARLIER.
