I am only related to her husband. I just helped with the link. I do not have any additional information on her. If you click the name under the death certificate you can contact the individual who posted the death certificate.
Good luck. I am sorry I can not help.

RE: MaryAnn (McNair) Moffett
Hello Aunt J:
Are you a member of the Clan Moffatt website? That has some great material about the Moffatt/Moffett crowd.

You have probably already found this:
Chester Moffett House Geauga Co, OH -- Historical
American Buildings Survey: http://rs6.loc.gov/pp/hhhtml/hhTitles72.html

I did add a portrait of Miles Moffett to FindaGrave.

Feel free to contact me directly

Hi I wanted to let you know that I just added a photo of the gravestone of Josiah & Esther Richardson Huse to your memorial in Medusa Cemetery in New York. I know there was no request for one but thought I would point out it's there in case you wanted to see it.

This has been a very chaotic year ... so far. Did I ever get back to you? I meant to. If not, please accept my apology. I will be getting back to genealogy come cold weather.

Louis Jay Ford
Hi, My Aunt Maude was married to Louis Jay Ford. Interesting situation, I don't think the Ford family cared much for my Aunt. I have a copy of his death certificate and someone else is listed as his wife. Was wondering if you had any info that could shed some light on this situation.
Thanks!

Hi! I made the links you requested. No, I am not related to the family. I have a very long-standing interest in the New England families who settled NE Ohio, and have tried to document their presence in the Western Reserve as much as I can. Sorry I cannot help with a photo of her. Please feel to post one of her on her memorial page if you are lucky enough to find one.

In case your interested, I found where Hannah L. Baker married Hiram W. Cady in 1858, and she died in 1860 at age 63... so this is probably the wife of Alvin C. Baker, and mother of Caroline Baker Conley.

RE: Conleys in Huntsburg, OH
Thanks for making the edits. I don't know any living descendants and know of no photos.

Just to let you know, the cemetery index is off, and here's the way it looks (so far)...

Alvin C. Baker (1801-1854) and wife Hannah had the following children:
Lyman H. Baker (1824-1847)
Ezra M. Baker (1827-1861)
Caroline Baker (1831-1849) * wife of F. Conley
Martha E. Baker (1833-1849)

Some of these are on Find A Grave, and the photo of their stone makes it clear the index is incorrect. In other cases, the stone was damaged, so I'm relying on index... but it fits with census records, or other known children's birth dates, etc., so it's worth taking a look at. I don't know when Albert Conley, son of F. C. & Caroline Baker Conley actually died, nor his actual age, but if his death date is correct, his age can't be; likewise if his age is correct, his death date can't be. Caroline Baker Conley's age at her marriage in 1846 lines up with her being 18 at the time of her death if it's 1849... and makes me think that's probably the correct year for Albert.
