The 1870 can't apply to this person since she died in 1851. The census shows Celia as being age 46 with the last name Story.

Have you ever where & when Ben died? I was told by my g=mother Lauta Jessie Harrison that his wife (Jane Stewart) was a bitch & he was headed home & was never seen again.
She said that her dad thought he went up into Ky., & just stayed there.

Mary-Elizabeth, the birth and death dates match, she has the name Minnie on her memorial marker. Ole is also on the marker.

There is no family connection. I try to track down Civil War veterans & Josiah was on the list back in November 2012. I was not the one who took his headstone photo.
Sorry, I do not have any additional info on Josiah. Be proud of your Great Great grandfather.

I have been looking for Anna Andersons marker in Greenwood Cemetery in Centralia, Wa. While records show she is buried there, no location is on the record. Her sister Carrie Sparre is also buried here and her record does not show a location either. I walked the cemetery and did not see either marker. They may be unreadable or covered over.
Her son Alberts record shows where he is located. I couldn't locate his Mother and Aunt nearby. Before his death he purchased two lots. One for himself and one for his sister Josephine. There are no records that show she was buried here.

|Donna Larsen||RE: Helping the Huotari Family|
We had a list of about 20 graves we had "claimed" to photograph, so it wasn't a problem that you started or created. According to Laura she does this all of the time, and that is probably why people have quit and not gone to photograph the graves they claimed. It is a shame. I have made a complaint to find-a-grave about her and they are monitoring her activities in this way.
I'm really glad that you got your photos!! Thanks so much for the message.

I have researched the final resting place for James McBath and he is not buried in the Amador Memorial Cemetery, in Pioneer, CA. He is buried in the West Point Cemetery in West Point, CA. I'm 'unclaiming' this request, as there may be volunteers closer to West Point, who take pics of the headstones. I think you'll need to take this request down & put up another one for the West Point Cemetery.

I claimed the photo request for James McBath. I can not locate him in the Amador Memorial Cemetery. The people who would be able to help me locate him, can not do so. Looking under the names of people who have purchased plots, they say they have no record of that person. If you have somewhat of a location, within the Cemetery, and can share that with me, I would appreciate it & I'll take the photo. Otherwise, much to my dismay, I'll have to unclaim it. Thanks for any help with this.

Just to let you know that I can't take this picture until spring. The stone is buried under over 200 inches of snow. Maybe in May it will be uncovered.

I see you requested a marker photo for John W. Bea in Columbia, MO. Just to let you know, I found obits for John W. Bea, Bertha Bea Steckdaub, and Bertie Mae Bea Woods. I uploaded them to their memorials, but sometimes they don't let them stay, so if you need copies just let me know.

|Jan Fenter||RE: Attention -double entry-B or Bessie Johnson|
There isn't anything I can do to correct the problem of duplicate memorial pages. I sent you the "report problem" because I saw that there was a duplicate, the one done by you, this month, and the one done by GCO in April 2009.
Find A Grave addresses why duplicates happen and how to handle the problem in their FAQ section. When you are signed in, on the left of the page, in the "Actions" box, if you click on "Help with Find A Grave" there are several main topic headings. Under the topic heading "Searching for Information" are the questions: "Why are there multiple memorials for the same individual? How does Find A Grave handle duplicate memorials?"
If you go to the memorial page set up by GCO and use the "Edit" tab at the top left of the memorial page, and request they transfer management for Johnson to you, once they transfer it, then you can decide which one to delete and which one to keep. This is probably the quickest and easiest way to resolve the duplication issue. Include your membership number, tell them you are related to her and want to add family information. I wouldn't mention anything about there being a duplicate memorial. Good Luck.
