Funny thing I didn't even look on the site to see if it was requested. I was at the cemetery visting family and they were around. I took some pictures and checked on Find A Grave and saw they had a memorial but not headstone. Glad I could help.

Rowden family
Hello Sue,

I just transferred management of 2 newly created memorials in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Saginaw, MI. They are Walter Desnoyer Rowden and his sister, Francis (Rowden) Huth.
When you look at Walter Desnoyer's memorial you will see a list of children that he and Elsie had. The ones that have complete dates of birth, I have found and sent the creators of those memorials edits to add Walter and Elsie as parents. It will take a while for the edits to be accepted, so... just wanted to let you know.
I claimed the photo requests for Stella and Walter. I will photograph everyone in the Lot when I get out there later this week.
Best wishes in your searching!
Janet K

RE: The Taffe's at Mount Olivet
By the way, contact Mt. Olivet to see if there is a stone for Leo T. Taffe(#156465919). I didn't see one, so the grave may be unmarked or the stone sunken.

Hi Sue, The 2 Killing gravestones were the only ones there. But I will recheck, probably overlooked. I will try to do some this week or before the end of month for sure. Take care.

Your husband
Please thank your husband for his service and sacrifice in Veitnam. I wasn't born yet, but I appreciate what they had to go through for my freedom.

A little miracle....God was good because I don't know how to count graves. Sorry, it took so long.
He was so cute. My cousin was also killed in Vietnam. May they all rest in peace!

The hammonds memorial is where he was originally buried he was later moved to Fairview so Fairview is his final resting place according to a member of the church

The two cemeteries are a few miles apart but in the same area. The Fairview Memorial is a large cemetery. I would think the marker in the Fairview cemetery is just a marker that is beside his parents. I think this because the grave marker is in the corner of the plot (See the M marking the boundary)

RE: George E Miller photo
I have added the photos for Gertrude and Walter Miller, as well as Mary Jane Beyer. The stone of Mary Jane Beyer says she is he daughter of Walter and Gertrude, not mother of Gertrude as you mentioned on her memorial page.

RE: George E Miller photo
Hi Sue,

If you click on the group photo I had listed the names of the other people on the stones. I have each individual photo if they have a memorial or if you want to make them one I would be happy to put the photos on for you. Just let me know.

But, for now I'll give you the information: from left to right, the stones are: Mary Jane Beyer, daughter of Walter and Gertrude, Mother and Grandmother in our hearts forever....April. 25, 1937 - Feb. 3, 2004. Beside her is Walter S. Miller, then Gertrude A. Miller, and then George E. Miller. Let me know if I can help further.
