Great obituary website..2000 to(almost) present. http://www.usobituaries.com/
Enter at least 2 letters of first name (ag), last name (wood), year of death (2013), and State (VA). The original source was probably a funeral home obituary. I had originally found her death state on ancestry.com social security index.

RE: Dunaway/Sherwood
John,

Thank you for adding the photos. The portrait photo that I added of Okey Dunaway was one found in my moms photo box collection. I of course inquired as to his identity. Surprised and amused she informed me he was one of her boy friends from back in the 1930's. I therefore set out to locate him. Mom is now 92. Excellent past recall now. I didn't know how to contact any of his living family, so I added the photo here. Hopefully one of them will find it here at this site. Thank you for adding his daughters. They are listed in his attached obit. I have also requested links to his parents who are buried in the Solway Cemetery in Knox County. Thank you for your interests in family history.

John, I was connecting my Dad's lineage back to Missouri & wanted to link his cousins that I knew of. It's cold here also. had a graveside service for a fellow vet today. Mom took a header into Ann's driveway last week & bunged up her face pretty good, but is recovering okay. Good to hear from you. Kent

All of the suggestions I made to you regarding your memorial on Winnie Tanner came from her Death Certificate which I found in the files on Ancestry.com.
