Would it be possible to get a better lit photo of this tombstone at the Lester Family Cemetery?
Added by Bobby Meadows on May 21, 2015 4:13 PM
Hi, I am interested in the photo on Temperance's page with John, Georgia, Frank, and Temperance Manning (Mrs. Robert McNab Lilly). Robert McNab Lilly was a brother of my GG Grandfather William Franklin (Frank) Lilly and John Edwin Lilly, my GGG Uncle. Do you know if this is the Frank Lilly in the photo? I am assuming that possibly Robert McNab took the picture and know that Georgia is his daughter. I didn't know if you were a relative since you submitted this wonderful picture.

I was wondering if you are by the Lester Family Cemetery at Coweta County, GA if you could try to get a tombstone picture where I can read what it says on the stone. I am trying to fill out a DAR app for a lady and this is one that I could really use. DAR will not let us send a picture if it is not easily read. Since I do not know where you are located I totally understand if this is our of your area. Thank you so much for what you do.

The picture you have of Calvin Wheelers marker should be in the Borden Springs Church of Christ Cemetery not the Borden Cemetery. It is confusing as there is a Eli Borden Cemetery, a John Borden Cemetery and the Borden Springs Church of Christ Cemetery all with in rock throwing distance of each other. The Eli Borden, Borden Cemetery on Find A Grave, is on top of a hill about a quarter of a mile before you get to the Church of Christ and the John Borden Cemetery is on past the church about a quarter of a mile. The Bordens and Wheelers in these three cemeteries are all ancestors of mine.
I am sending this for the sake of accuracy not as criticism. Thanks Richard Ferguson

Are you related to the Martins buried in Antioch Church cemetery. My great great grandmother was Matilda Martin. Her brother was William T. Martin. I'm trying to figure out if he is her brother. They also had a sister named Artie. Her parents were Asa and Mary Martin. I believe William T was married first to Paralee and then later to Ida. Any of this sound familiar.

Your dates are off Lizzy Morgan was born 1890 not 1870. She was the twin sister of Mabell Morgan. Sorry about the earlier message I had to go back and recheck my notes.

You list Evaline Cobb Morgan (my 2nd great grandmother) You have a Lizzy Morgan attached to her as her child being born in July 1870 - died 1892. What documentation do you have to show this child? I ask because I have well documented our family history and on the 1880 census there is no Lizzy Morgan. Since she was would have been 9 or 10 at the time of census she should be listed with her parents. I also Evaline's marriage certificate to Thad Morgan and they did not marry until 1872.

Hi-I was wondering if you were a relative of the Hughes family? Sarah Ellen Bullard married John Hughes and then she married Jasper N Swearingen after Mr Hughes died. I was wondering if anyone had a picture of her? I am distantly related through Sarah Ellen Bullard Hughes Swearingen. Cat

THANKS SO MUCH for photographing his marker. I live across the country so really appreciate it. Do you know the exact wording on the marker? It's pretty hard to read.
Is there a marker for either of his wive's - Mary or Nancy Elizabeth or ELizabeth Stockwell? I'me especially interested in the first who died in 1790.
