Christopher Stark
Was just looking thru the photo requests I have gotten and Christopher Stark has a photo of his headstone on memorial #51888137. So the photo is on this memorial # instead of the one you made - #127003842. Just wanted you to know.

I added the info you sent. Normally I don't add that info because it's find a grave not a genealogy site. Vicki C.

ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

If you have already received this message, please accept our apologies for the duplicate message.

RE: Edwin Stark
check out my tree. I've looked into it, most of Carmetta's Stark link is online on Ancestry. Those Starks come from Saxony while ours from Trier of course. I don't think there's a connection at all. At least not in the recent past.

You're welcome--I'm pretty sure it was her marker.

I added a photo for Katarina that I believe to be correct. Name could not be read but dates were correct. Marker is in the first row which accounts for 1900-1912 burials so that matches up. Best I could do.

RE: Przybylski
Our line is off Jakob and Mary Niespodziani Przybylski. You are right... there are too many Przybylski's to put it all together and I don't know who Jacob's brother's were. I think that George may have been a cousin because George's daughter married Steve (Jacob's son). I really don't have much yet, because I just started. We are going to Steven's Point in September to do some searching.
My email is I would like to continue to correspond with you. If I found out anything, I will let you know.

RE: Steve Przybylski
Thank you for the information about Steve. I am still researching him and his family. He is a direct ancestor of our family.

Thank you again.

Hi Deb:

Do you have any actual records for Albert in Washington? I find him and family in Census Records after the death shown.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Moo, Esq.
St Casamir
The weird thing about it is there are many little metal markers that are missing names. Also, this cemetery has WOODEN crosses - three of which are still intact! Anyway I checked his wife's stone and all those around it carefully. This cemetery has no names on the backs of stones, only fronts, but I double checked anyway. I'm sorry I couldn't find him, I walked it twice because I am bound and determined to find people. But I believe that he may have had a metal marker and it is ruined. :(

You're welcome. We were starting to use a brush to see if we could make it clearer when the rain came in and we had to quit.

You're welcome Deb. I also posted a photo for Elizabeth Trzinski, an infant in a slightly different section of the cemetery. Not sure if that's helpful for you or not.

D. Keville DeVries
RE: Jesse Kevill (the 1st)
So surprised to have your response so soon! I don't have anything specific written up re: Deforest Kevill. I had a hard time finding the facts about him-a nice lady @ the Wisconsin State Library found some Neenah news articles about him & sent them.He was not on the State roster of WW I dead,(she confirmed that),& I finally got verification from the Wisconsin Military Museum.I will try to write something meaningful,he was only 20.Jesse died in 1916,Frosty in 1918,so he is buried right next to his grandfather.Harold was his father,& Harold's brother,Allen, was my grandfather, but they were not listed on Jesse's Find a grave bio.?The article w/
Jesse's pic.& on'Oshkosh Public Museum'site.
I Will be in touch w/more info re:Frosty.I will
write cemetery re:Veteran grave markers. They should have that recognition.Oh,my father was Jesse, and my brother(Kathi's father)is also Jesse-but my Dad put the 'e' on Kevill.

Jesse Kevill-& other family member
My niece, Kathi Keville, told me about finding you,and I've been slow to look up my family on "Find a Grave", but today I found the page you have wonderfully done about Gr.Grandfather-Jesse
Kevill. Because it is Memorial Day, I added the
Army flag to his site, for his service in the
Union Army during the Civil War.His picture is on
the website of the Oshkosh Public Museum, but I do
not know how to get is transferred to his page on
Find a Grave. If you have any recommendations as to how this can be done, please advise.
I have another family member in Oak Hill that I would like to get listed on Find a Grave,as he is
also not in a military cemetary, but w/his family.
He is in grave no.004,sec 000,blk 0,cemetery H,
date of death,11/25/1918. He was a member of the
Red Arrow Div.& was very seriously wounded in France in WWl,was returned to the US,but died in the hospital in New York. His grave is also not marked as an Army veteran. He is in the same row as his Grandfather,Jesse. How can I get this done?
