I'm sorry to have to report that Blandford Cemetery Office has no record of the above. That is not to say he isn't buried there. The cemetery has 100's of Confederate Soldiers buried in mass graves. Some are recorded and some are not. The mass graves are marked only by the state they are from.

You're welcome. It was a difficult site to find since it was in the middle of a pasture on private property but thanks to Google Maps, we drove the lease roads until we found gates that weren't locked.

No problem. Glad to help out. There is Carr on the other side of the stone. Also have foot stones from the Stevens side. Maybe if you add each person listed in their own memorial and do a photo request I will attach those there if you want.

Thank you so much for your quick response on photographing the markers of John
Ragsdale, Ollie Ragsdale, Clifton Cozby, Robert Johnson, Pete Genero, Ernest Thomaston, Mildred Johnson and Sari Johnson. I am a Find A Grave volunteer and I know the effort it takes to locate requests and get them on line. I am also a volunteer for the Dixon/Dickson Families. We are having a reunion in Conway in June and I have been putting the obituaries of our cousins in their respective sites hoping for their relatives to be able to visit the sites during our reuntion. Your effort is really appreciated and I will be giving you credit on our Facebook group site "Dixon/Dickson Families.

|Dina Gebhart||Eakin Relation - Connection|
I found a memorial that you created on Find a Grave website. Her name is Eva O Eakin Nichols. I have found her parents also on the Find a Grave Memorial.
Eva's is #67637472
Mother's is #41057066
Father's is #41056981
Eva O Eakin Nichols is my great grandmother. She married Charles A. Nichols and had a daughter (1 of twins) by the name of Nadine. Nadine married my grandfather on my dad's side (Holman).
Could you please make the changes / connections for me or transfer the management?

Sorry I didn't see your message earlier. I live and work in two different cities so am only home checking on the weekends. If you wouldn't mind transferring them that would be great. Elsie and Albert are grandma and grandpa for me. Thank you for posting them. Have a wonderful Christmas. Best regards, Lynn

I just left Babbitt Cemetary in Norton , Ma looking for William Makepiece's final resting spot. While I found both if his past wives, between their two stones is an empty space. My guess is that William is buried between his wives, and his stone is missing. Sorry!

Yea, the new sign went in probably in the fall last year. I know it wasn't there in the summer but was there in the spring.
