I am distantly related at best through the Ridgway line. However, once I get started I like to take the lines out as far as I can. I really am a genealogy buff and have been working on family history for nearly 30 years. I see you've done alot of work on findagrave.com. I just started more recently. I add pictures and stories when I can to leave for others. I love it. You'll find me on familysearch.org under Tclark0755 and ancestry under Clark-Day Tree. Turia Clark Day

I posted that picture for an uncle of mine who has since passed I don't have any other information on Joel Lewis. Date on picture or marker could be right. My uncle was interested in primitive baptist history and had many old books and photos of the people and churches of that faith.

Hi Sis, It's a gloomy foggy morning up here. If I have created a memorial that you would like to manage, please let me know and I will transfer it to you. I have just finished adding several memorials for stones that we took pictures of that are not in my tree...yet. Some will not be probably. Hopefully someone is looking for them.

No I am not relative to Zelma Arvilla Ward, she was a dear neighbor of my family when I was growing up, her and Claude were wonderful people, and she sure could cook, on a wood stove, they had no power out side bathroom, but this was the way they wanted to live, dear people, her husband was buried at Old Pleasant View, I was under the impression that they would burie Arvilla with Claude, but they didnt, they had no children, so sad
Will transfer, looking forward to looking thru her family history.
Take care of her,

Since that's the accepted protocol, I'd do that... once your memorial is removed.

Since my memorial to John was done first, that's the one that should stand. I'd be happy to include any additional information that you provide, and you can post his photo to the original memorial. Sorry.

While I prefer to transfer to direct relatives, I do make exceptions. My question is, if a direct relative should find her memorial page at some future time, would you consider transferring to the closer relative, even though you are also related? Or if you are aware that she passed away childless, you may be the closest relative.

sorry for the very slow response... I almost never go to my page.
Any way, no there is no memorial stone. Just the burial certificate that says she was buried in Green Valley cemetery.
Back then, most people could not afford stone, so wood took care of the job (I assume)
