Vernon "Vernie" Perrica
Me, again! What a coincidence...same day, same family. Anyway, I was filling requests for several cemeteries today and tried finding this Vernon in St. Joseph's in Bombay...walked the whole cemetery and checked the online transcription. He's not there, however, in checking out his first wife, Mary, in Notre Dame (a request for her as well), I found him buried there with her. Same thing as her mother...plans must have changed between the time the obituary was submitted and when they actually buried the person. Again, you may want to transfer Vernon to Notre Dame in Malone, NY. Take care, LLaPage

Amelia LaShomb
Hi, I was at Notre Dame cemetery in Malone, NY and took a photo of Mary LaShomb Perrica's gravestone. There is a footstone there that says "Mother Amelia LaShomb 1863-1924". You have her listed at St.Patrick's in Brasher, which her obituary says was going to happen. However, it appears her daughter, Mary, buried her there in Malone in a plot she had. Would you change her to Notre Dame and then I can upload the picture of her footstone? Let me know what you'd like to do. Take care, LLaPage

Hi, I'm at St Augustine's next week- Fr Schnob just switched me from the Bereavement committee and heading the one to add gravestone to St Augustine and St Pat's. A new plot map is being drawn up so I am working with one made in 2001 and don't find your Clifford on it so I can get that one quickly for you. Do you have any idea where it is located? In 2001 they had rows A< B< C

Families
I initially was going to write and say I will look up your request in St Augustine'S peru. I am a commissioned lay minister there and ran the bereavemet committee until 2007 when I moved to Plattsburgh. However, I have the memorial book I created and just placed the name you requested in it.

Have to go to Peru and get photo of my daughter's grave, my deceased husband's parents graves, so checked to see what else anyone needed. The listings are sure lacking on findagrave for this cemetery so will try to eventually do them all.

Anyway, when I got here I found we have mutual family on my Dad's lines. Please look for anything connected to Fayette or Sharland and created by Nancyfayettelamar. That's me. I have so much there in the process of splitting up anything that has both parents on it.

Calvary in Massena
I see you have a lot of open request for Calvary in Massena. Do you have any idea where they are in cemetery? I live a few minutes from the cemetery and can get the pictures. Or do you know where I can find a map of the cemetery?

RE: Charles E LaShomb
We went back today and took another look. The stones that abut Charles are the Moackler family. If Margaret was a Kiley it appears that Charles/Margaret's stone is within the four corners marked by "K" stones of that family. We took the main Kiley stone and several others if you would like them.

Patrick Arthur Teater Sr.
Ronk Memorials
I had actually had her memorial in Poughkeepsie Rural as I took the original picture in the Mausoleum there. I moved the memorial to St. Peters, when one sunny day I had discovered the plaque from PRC had been put at the foot of this grave. It was upon inquiring at the office that I learned the move date... Find A Grave does not usually like duplications, or I would have left both memorials in place - since you can move Harold & Irene's memorials I did that instead of creating duplicates. It turns out she is the wife of my 2nd cousin once removed so we are related.

Leonard B. Peete
I am sorry that it took so long to answer your request for a photo. Because the memorial listing incorrectly names Joseph Peets as the holder, I was confused as were the funeral home staff. Today, after reading the attached obituary I realized that the correct name should be Leonard B. Peete and after that, it was no trouble to locate and photo the grave. Just fyi, I also photo'd the grave of Eletha Peete which was next to Leonard's.

Joseph Peets
Hi Joseph,
I went to the funeral home that owns Colonial Gardens and they looked Joseph up and said he is not buried there. I also had them look at Algoma cemetery, which they also own and they couldn't locate him there either. Any chance they put the wrong cemetery in the obit? If not, I will take the obit to them and ask them to explain.

Janice

Sue
Photo Request
Hello,
I tried to get the pic for you but there is a problem. Saint Agnes charges $35.00 and hour to look up where people are buried (after the first three - which I used a while ago). So if you can call them and get the section number and plot number, I will go up there and find it for you and take the picture. Let me know.
Thanks, Sue
