I do not own a copy. I was looking at the copy at the genealogy dept. at the Dallas Public Library yesterday. It was privately printed in Dallas yrs. ago.

I'm sorry I have not returned a message sooner. Yes my mother Nell Lee Whitt was married to Dale W. Beard. Again, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.

RE: Myles Henry Johnson Sr
Hello. I'm not sure. My interest in Mile Johnson jr. was that he was a Leon Co. commissioner and a road in the eastern part of the county is named after Jr.

My suggestions would be to obtain a death certificate from vital statstics, or perhaps use the Fl. newspaper archives at UF.

in those days they often has little blurbs about the comings & goings of persons in town. you might luck out.

only other thought is perhaps a will recorded in Leon Co. - you'd have to contact the clerk of court.

Elma Tindell Scott
I added the picture of the headstone for Elma Tindell Scott. Loudonna and Alton Wise took the picture. I knew both J.C. Tindell and her last husband Ellis Scott.

RE: Mary Ellen Cramer
It was my pleasure. We happened to be vacationing nearby and I looked up nearby requests on a free day. Your request was just a few miles away.

Ebenezer cem
It was not too bad today. It has rained so much, the old logging road was a mud pit. It hasn't rained for three days so I finally made it down the road.

RE: Shirley Booth
Booth was born as Marjory Ford, the daughter of Albert James Ford and Virginia Martha Wright.[1] Her childhood was spent in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn where she attended P.S. 152. By the time of the 1910 census in April 1910, aged 11, she was known as Thelma by her family.[2] She had only one sibling, a younger sister, Jean Valentine Ford, who died January 23, 2010.

Barbara Howe
Ebenezer Cemetery - Upson County, Georgia
My 3rd great grandmother is Rebecca (Willis) Gammon 1788-1869 buried in Ebenezer Cemetery. Her husband, 3rd great grandfather, Willis Gammon abt. 1783-1869 is not listed. I thought since they both died the same year, he may also be buried in Ebenezer Cemetery. I know sometimes a person may be buried but not entered into the site.
My 2nd great grand aunt, Jane (Gammon) Dickey, is also buried in Ebenezer Cemetery.
Also, if you might have Martha "Patsy" (Gammon) Howe 1811-1854 and Hiram Howe 1798-1875, my 2nd great grandparents, buried in Ebenezer? Martha, sister of Jane Gammon. They both lived in Pike County at time of death.

Thanking you for any help.
Barbara Howe

RE: Shirely Booth
It is a shame. My friend was heartbroken there was no marker, as he LOVES her. Baker was her 2nd husband's name. I may have to go check and see if there still is no marker...I see her sister died 2010, and maybe she is buried there as well.

Hi. OK spoke to my family connection and she does have pics BUT, she is a teacher and off to Wisconsin for either a few weeks or the summer, but as soon as she gets back she said she will scan them and email them over to me. Go ahead and post the email you would like for me to send them too and I will be sure to forward on to you. It could be a few weeks though. But, I will leave your message on the board so I don't forget you! :)

Matthew Adams- Lavonia City Cemetery

Do you have a birthdate & death date for Matthew Adams in Lavonia City Cemetery? Is Matthew Adams his complete name? There were a few families named Adams in the cemetery, could not find a Matthew Adams. Do you know his parents name or any other family that may help me locate him for you. I will go out again to the cemetery if you can help me with any of this information. Thanks, Jo Burroughs.

Willie Wade Stokely
I took photos of all the Stokelys right there together.

Polly Knight Stokely remarried to Otis W. Cochran in 1936 in Madison Co., FL. Polly is buried between Gibbs and Otis.

I have emailed Wilma Drew to have her include this info, correct the dates, and link her to Otis. Polly should be indexed under the name Cochran, rather than Stokely.

Luther Branch
RE: Binion L Royal
Not sure if I replied to your question, but from what I have been able to find through Ancestory I am related to the Branch's in the Dublin, Ga. area. It seems as though they came from NC or SC after leaving Jamestown. I've been able to trace my Father's last name all the way back to 1438, at which time it was spelled Braunche. What an awesome trip that was. If we haven't already done so, I'd like to communicate further with you via e-mail. My address is:
