William Sanford Lewis #Memorial# 54118054
William Sanford Lewis is the son of Ephraim E. Lewis and Anna Elizabeth (Short) Lewis. I cannot locate the final resting place of either at this time.

Please consider adding in the bio the name of 1 sibling: Anna May (Lewis) Walker Turner Schoen memorial #34932864.
Thank you for your contributions.

I have a ton of info on this family and back his wife's line. If you are interested, please write and some of you all I've checked in with can connect them all on Find A Grave. I am only a DISTANT relation down from the OLIN family of Canton, NY so not even close.
Just got caught out looking at collateral lines and have gotten carried away :-)

RE: Truman Shepherd
Thank you for your quick reply. It did help but now am wondering if you would possibly have the informant information that is on the death certificate? Also maybe if he was married or divorced. Now that you confirmed the death year for me I am now wondering if he and his wife, Alma Alice Yingst were divorced and he had a second wife. He and Alice had 4 children...3 were surviving in 1900. Their names were Claude Shepherd, Charles "Charley" C Shepherd and Eunice Irene Shepherd. Maybe one of his children signed as the informant.
Thank you again for your help.

Find A Grave Memorial# 58308226
Lucy's maiden name was Creason. Her first husband was William Franklin Register, her second husband was William P. Morgan. Lucy is my great-great-grandmother, and William P. Morgan was my great-great grandfather. No one knows what happened to him. I do have court documents proving his middle initial and her maiden name.
I submitted an 'edit' to change her maiden name to Creason.

Thank you,

Marilyn K Morgan

wife of Glenn Criswell

I was wondering if you know or how I can find out if Glenn Criswell's wife Gertrude is buried with him at Ashland Cementery? I do not have much info on him at all. I believe she was born in 1905. I do not have a maiden name or date of death. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Bryan Anderson
Arthur E. Anderson
Dear Pedro,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division.

Before my grandfather, Gunder Anderson, was assigned to the above unit, he was also in Company B, 164th Depot Brigade, as was Arthur E. Anderson. This unit was a training unit to prepare soldiers for combat in France. Many were transferred to other units after basic training.

Might you have any records or knowledge of whether Arthur E. Anderson was ever transferred to the 355th Infantry?

Any information you have would be greatly appreciated.

Leonard Gordon Pinkerton
I see you added a memorial for Leonard Gordon Pinkerton (exactly a year ago today!). I would like to contact any descendants of his about a family reunion, and the details you provided make me think you might have additional info on him. I am aware that he had one daughter, but I do not know her name. Any help would be appreciated!
