RE: # 50949063 for Mary F. Wingo
Beverly ok I haven't looked up the memorial number yet but will and let you know I made a mistake or whatever thanks for contacting me because if I did link something wrong then im all for removing it I might have found it on back then if so then I haven't had much luck with the pay service for even my own family.

I will look at it right now and delete or let you know what I think to be correct.
Thanks Craig

Greer & Old Wingo Cemeteries
Thank you for getting back to me so soon with your response. I, too, have noticed there is a listing for Greer Cemetery and Old Wingo Cemetery, and I have requested those two cemeteries to be combine. Hopefully I contacted the correct individuals. I will not add any information I find on individuals buried in these cemeteries from my research as you requested to Findagrave. My ancestors came from Graves, KY and that is why I try to find accurate information and try to post it for other researchers.
thanks, Shirley :)

Beverly: I'm sorry to have upset you and I would certainly abide by your wishes. I am a certificated genealogist and would in no way add information that was not authenticated. My only desire was to provide information for other researchers who might be interested.

Greer aka Old Wingo Cemetery
Beverly: Thank you for getting back to me so soon. I've been working on updating all the cemeteries listed in the Graves Co Cemetery Book 1 and also trying to add information I find on individuals listed in various cemeteries from this book on Findagrave. The information I want to add could be numerous depending on what I find on Ancestry. I'm very careful when I do give information to anyone and I tell them what sources I am using as well. I think I have been a big help to some of the researchers through Findagrave as well as Ancestry through my research. The names listed for Greer Cemetery for Graves Co Cemetery Book 1 are numerous. Can you tell me what names you have so I can compare them to the list I have? The names on this list include the following:
Wingo, Bostick, Massey, Beadles, Chandler, Morgan, Odom, Anderson, Plumlee, Mullins, Perry, Watts, Copland, Myatt, Pitman, Gregory, Wilson, Allison, Hopkins, Thornbrough, Blackburn, White, Frazier, Howard, Berry, and Hatchel. I will be very happy to let you know if any of the names you are looking for is included in this list.
Thanks, Shirley :)

Greer Cemetery vs. Old Wingo Cemetery on Findagrave
Hi. I'm updating the burial listing for Greer aka Old Wingo Cemetery, my source the Graves Co Cemetery Book 1 pgs.130-132, and found two listings on Findagrave - one(1) for Greer Cemetery and the other for Old Wingo Cemetery, which you attached pictures. I'm wondering if both these cemeteries can be combined on Findagrave? They are the same cemetery according to the cemetery sign [photo you attached]. I want to add more information to the individuals who are listed for these cemeteries through my research. I appreciate anything you can do.
Thanks, Shirley :)

You're more than welcome. I could go back and get a shot of the family plot as a whole group photo...if you're interested in that just let me know.

RE: Grave of Mourning Pryor Jobe
I'm sorry that I made this error, bad information on my part. I got the picture from someone on and they gave me the OK to use the picture and their information about where Mourning Pryor Jobe was buried. Little did I know at the time that it was not their picture or that she was not buried in that cemetery. I tried to delete the picture but I couldn't figure it out. I'm hoping that findagrave will be able to remove it all shortly. Again so sorry for the error, it wasn't intentional. Beverly Jobe

Took photos of all visible headstones and posted them on appropriate memorials. Did not find Beadles in a heavily overgrown cemetery.

RE: Annie Weil #68144517
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I mistakenly attached her to the wrong Weil Family.
I believe this Annie may be the child of Meyer and Rosie as she is buried in their family plot, tho I have no proof. I have made the correction.
I have been trying hard to put the Weil families form Paducah together as my GG Grandmother was a Weil, married to a Rupertus and lived in Paducah at the same time.
I have not been able to contact anyone who has information on this family.
Are you related.
Again thank you for finding this error.

You know after reading your original message, it just ticks me off more than ever. The information I put on was from a pulished book. Whether it's right or wrong I don't know. But with your attitude, I don't think I will delete them.........

That's a rather rude message from you. Sorry if I stepped in your sandbox. This information was taken from the Ballard County Kentucky Cemeteries Book. I know there are many mistakes in it. I'm just recording the book on Findagrave. If you are 100% positive you are correct, I'll be happy to delete them........
