Right. That's the marriage record I referred to in my earlier message.

I cannot find Cora or her first husband on the 1910 census. . .or Cora as Cora Griswald/Griswold/etc. So I have nothing on Cora between the 1900 census and when she marries Warren Jones in 1913 as the divorced Cora Griswald, daughter of Joseph "Simond" & Cynthia Curren. Other than that, it all seems to fit.

|Margaret Sopp||RE: Re: Cynthia A. Simmons|
Joseph & Cynthia's daughter Cora married William Oscar ("Oscar") Harris, 14 Mar 1894, Brown Co., IL. They are together on the 1900 census. However, when Oscar died in 1934, he is shown as divorced. That is all I have at this time. Certainly seems as if "your" Cora could be Joseph & Cynthia's daughter. I'll have to see what documentation I can find.

As a descendant of Reuben Queal, I am wondering how Ruth Adkinson was able to provide a picture of him that we have never seen. Is there some familial relationship? I have only worked on our genealogy for the past year or so but have a century of prior family research, notes and documents to draw from, but am always looking for new information. Deborah Backlund

If it's easier, just delete what I did at Concord, & create a new one at Patriot Cemetery. This is what happens when I try to finish in a hurry! We just got back from a great dinner. Best wishes.

So, sorry. You will have to ask them to transfer it now, since I no longer manage it. If you'd rather, just delete it, & enter it from scratch yourself. He is at Patriot Cemetery in Switzerland County, Indiana. The headstone is broken, with a partial death date. The headstone is on the ground. I'll see what else I can mess up today. :) Later.

I found William, but I was working in Concord Cemetery, too. I will ask Findagrave to transfer him to Patriot Cemetery for you. Uggh! I am so sorry. I have company arriving any minute, so I messed this up in the process of finishing. I'm sending them a note right now! Later.

I was out photographing the Waldros for Rick Waldron and noticed a group of Thompsons buried near the Waldrons. Do you want pics of their stones?

I'm confused. I'm not William. I don't have anyone named Elizabeth E. Maxwell Rae. I think you may have me mixed up with William Campbell Snouffer. F.A.G member 46874362.

|Grace||Alvah W Adkinson|
I have located death info for a Dr. Alvah W. Adkinson (Methodist minister) who died in Los Angeles County, California. He was born in Indiana in May 1851. Is he perhaps a son of Samuel Thomas?

I am a decendant of Lucinda Adkinson Ellis. I was very appreciative of the information you left for me in Find A Grave. If you have anything that can help with finding generations before Joseph Adkinson Sr. I would be greatful. Lucinda was married to Henry Ellis. Not sure how you enter into the Adkinson family, but again I would like to say thank you.

Hi Ruth, I have been researching the parents of Francis Roberts Adkinson for a project relating to the mayors of Lawrenceburg. Francis' fathers name Was George Moses Roberts. Would you by chance have a picture of him ? My email is not currently working so any response you make will for now have to be public. Thanks for the consideration.

|Jesse Winters||Transfer of records|
Hi, Ruth (My grandmother name, don't hear it much anymore), No problem on this end the more transfers you request the more sure I am that my efforts will continue to appear long after I am gone, and at my age and health it is not that far away, in fact a friend of mine is upset because the last two times he cleaned his dark suit he did not need it.. haha….
With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week. Larry LaPrise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Pokey", died peacefully at age 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started.

Thank you for the information update.
My husband did the posting for Zebedee, he passed away 15,May 2008, I am answering his e-mails when I can.
Would you like to take over Zebedee's page? If you have family connection you may want to add more info., photos & etc... that will better tell his story. Let me know.
I have a page for my dear Jim on here, he is listed under James Howard Worden.
Have a blessed day.
