RE: Gross Family
Thank you for taking the time to look these names for me, very much appreciated. One of these days we'll have to come and visit Missouri. My husband had when he was young but not since. Now that we have more family information, we have locations we can search there. We got close to visiting there a few years ago but got stopped by several tornado warnings in South Dakota and decided we just wanted to get home to CA after that, lol!

Do you know who this young mans parents were and why he died Christmas Eve at the age of 14. I believe he is a family member in my husbands family tree, just not sure how.

RE: Gross Family
Can you link these family members together?
Jacob Amos Gross
is in your list of memorials and I didn't see any family linked together as of yet. And if you find that any of these other ones belong to you, can you please transfer them to me for SAFE keeping, these are all grandparents and great grandparents of my husband.

*Jacob Amos Gross(#63248696)
wife:Matilda (Murray) Gross(#63248760)

son: William Perry Gross(# 59208061)
Sons Wife: Nancy (Thomas) Gross, Turk
(Have not found her yet)

Their son
Roy Elmer Gross(#3581956)
Wife:Ruth (Land) Gross(#73978122)

These are my husbands grandparents and great grandparents, I definitely will NOT be deleting anyone, can't believe someone did that!

I have spent a lot of time linking memorials to names on ancestry.con and so no matter where you go you can find the actual cemetery and headstone to correctly connect the family members together. I appreciate any memorial you have set up for my family members, please don't let what someone else did stop you!

Thank you

Hi Tammy, His name was John T Davis, called Jack or Jackson. Not sure what the T stands for; I will ask my grandmother, but I don't think she knew either. Hope you are doing well!

Reeds buried in Tedder Cemetery
Dear Tammy , I would like to request all Reed family member pictures of headstones that are in Tedder cemetery at Van Buren . Some of the names would be , Marion Carter Reed , William Bill Reed , Norma Lorene Reed , there will also be others that I don`t have names for , perhaps buried close to Bennie Reed (#52177544 )as they will be his children and grandchildren . I am working on memorials for each of my family members buried in Tedder Cemetery . As far as I can tell no one has created memorials for any of these family members so I would like to get their memorials created & everyone linked to the ones I already have . Any help would be much appreciated hon . Thank you so much , Kay ( Reed ) Courtright ( #48106064 )

William C. Harden
I am looking for the family of a W.C. Harden that would have lived in Texas. He would have married a Mabel Ashmore between 1930 & 1940. They divorced after that, but they had a daughter, Billye Jean in 1935 and a son Gary Duane Harden about 1937. I noticed that there is a W.C. Harden that was living with Isham & Fleda Harden in the 1930 census, and was listed as a nephew. Could this be the same W.C. Harden ? The reason I am asking is because I am trying to do some genealogy for a friend of mine. The Billye Jean Harden, dau. of W.C. Harden was killed in an auto accident in her 20s, and she left 2 young children, one of whom is a friend of mine. The trail ends there for this W.C. I have linked them up just because I don't see anybody else it could be, but I would appreciate it if you had any info to share on this situation... There's a gap here I can't fill in for sure. Can you be of any help?

Transfer request & Correction

First of all, many, many thanks for all you have done with the cemetery photos and searches for gravemarkers for all of us on Find A Grave. It is a huge help!!

Second, I was wondering if you could transfer my parents, grandparents and great grandparents memorials to me?

They are as follows:

Fred Lee Peace - Memorial# 62220731
Edna M Peace - Memorial# 62220769

William Howard Johnson - Memorial# 70674242
(that middle name is incorrect. It should be Henry).
Etta May Johnson - Memorial# 70674167

Great Grandfather
John H Johnson - Memorial# 70673925
Great Grandmother
Ruth Johnson - Memorial# 70673957

I have only done one other tranfer the other day so I am not sure I am doing this the correct way or not.

Thanks in advance!
G. Griffitts
