RE: Newton Ayres
Hi Jane - You're very welcome, I figured as much, but wanted to pass it along just in case. :) I haven't joined ancestry yet, adding free info as I can before I subscribe! I haven't had a DNA test yet, but I've heard it's worth getting done. Yes, I understand that Ayresville is just crops now? My grandparents have a farm about 5-10 minutes away from Moneka cemetery, and she took me out there once. Well met! Cheers - Brad

John Ayers
I saw the duplicate and sent them a message. John & wife are in a different cemetery so that memorial needs to be deleted. Don't know if they will do it or not. Geo

Ervin Nelson
Hi Jane,

I claimed and posted the grave photo for Ervin Nelson at Green Hills; his stone reads Irvin J. Nelson.

There were three other Nelsons buried next to him. I took photos of their graves as well, in case they are also related. They are:

Midred B. Nelson 1901-1981
Rhoda J. Nelson 1936-2010
Richard I. Nelson 1936-2012

I sent you an e-mail with these photos attached, but in case the e-mail does not reach you, if you would like me to resend the photos, please let me know. Feel free to use the photos on Find A Grave it you would like to.

Anna Ayres Wareham
Hello Jane,
Nice to hear from you. Venango County is the mother-ship for my father's family, so it is near and dear to my heart. I have 3g grandparents buried in Wareham. Anna and her husband and the Ayres family, as far as I can find, are listed on my tree because they married into some of my lines. Anna's little brother Sebastian married into my Walter line, so the Ayres are of interest to me, as well.
I can tell you that I have rolled around on my belly taking photos in the muddy spring at Wareham cemetery and I'm sorry to say, that I didn't run across Anna. There are so many unmarked graves and little stones with no markings scattered about in that cemetery, we'll probably never know. There are bodies buried all over that county (some are my relatives) and no one nowadays remembers where they put them. It is highly likely she would have been buried there, but there are no records according to the historical society or my searches, sadly. If there was a record or a visible stone of someone in the Wareham, I have listed them on this website. I wish I could be of more help, but it is the nature of the way folks did things back then. Today, it would be unthinkable to bury someone without a record somewhere, but not back then. Hope you can find her someday. Best of luck in your search.

RE: Transfer

I made the links as you requested as well as the 2 transfers to you. I cannot make the link for Roberta because I did not establish her memorial. You will have to contact Kathy Solem for that.

If you want to request pictures of your relatives' graves, I am sure that one of the volunteers who does photos will be happy to fulfill those requests.

I did your request, but please send with your request your Find a Grave ID. Always state your relationship. I do requests that fall in Find a Grave guidelines. A lot of contributors say "Related to Me" or other are wanting all of one surname.

Marjorie's headstone photo has been added to her memorial on this site and it has a photo and many other names on it too.

Best wishes,

RE: No Marker on Grave
Yes, the Frank Smith nearby must be a coincidence.
No one else in the family is buried there.
Thanks again for your message and for looking for
her grave. GW

Dear Jane,
Thanks for looking for the headstone. I see you photographed a marker. Is that the closest
thing to where her burial plot?
I appreciate the effort and time you took to go looking for me.
Best regards, Gayle
